As I leave Denver I was glad to have lunch today with my ex Seattle Pacific player @_dra7ke who is living in Denver. His daughter is a very good player and is being recruited by many high major schools. He is a great husband, Father n coach. He was a great shooter for us.

It was great to have dinner with my ex Colorado Christian player @chyatt1412 tonight. He was a great team player n always thinking of others. He graduated with honors n now is working in Property management. The sky's the limit for his success because of the person he is.

I really enjoyed having dinner with my ex Colorado Christian player @terrygotbounce today. He is going through some rough times but through it all he has grown in his faith and trusting in the Lord to get him through. He is a fine young man and I know he will rebound.

I enjoyed having breakfast with my former Seattle Pacific University player Dirk Been. He was on the 1st Survivor show when it started. He is now an admissions counselor for a college in Los Angeles. He is a wonderful person who is very proud of his 2 daughters loves them.

I just had dinner at Kabuki Japanese Restaurant in the Tempe Marketplace. There was a young couple to my left eating dinner. When I got ready to leave the waiter told me that the young couple bought my dinner for me. If you were that couple your kindness was overwhelming. Thanks.

I am officially a member of @CCFProgress. Let's get to work.

It was great to get a call from @brockm12 today. He was just checking in on me n also is so proud of being a new Daddy to his son. He is also back to working out to finish his season in Spain. He is the best. Great person, husband n now father.

It was fun to X n O today with my ex Seattle Pacific player @CwCoolBreeze who now coaches at Estrella Foothills HS n Rick Skeen from King's HS in Seattle. They are both very good coaches n even better people. I enjoyed talking basketball with them.

It was great to be able to spend a couple hours with my former Seattle Pacific player @CwCoolBreeze n his dog Hank today. Chad has done so much for mental health n inspiring kids who are dealing with some issues. He has been a great role model to them all.

It was so nice of my ex Colorado Christian player Isaiah Hanson driving up from Colorado Springs to have dinner with me. Trying to make an old fired coach feel better about himself.

In 1994 I decided to try & see if I could run at least 6 miles a day everyday. It is now 2020. I have been able to keep the streak going for 26 years. I went from running to jogging to now I call it moving but I am still moving. For how much longer I have know idea.

I would like to thank my former Seattle Pacific player Dan Selby for dinner & his generous donation to the Colorado Christian Men's Basketball program. It means a lot to me that he would try to help our program out. He is a fine person, husband & father.

Back in Portland today to recruit. Of course it would have to rain so I can remember what the Pacific Northwest is about. In Denver we get about 300 days of sunshine. Still a beautiful place to live.
