@ThisWeekInRust Is it possible to announce our new Rust crate in an upcoming edition under your Project Updates section? Thank you!
I couldn't be more proud of the professional growth @AlgoMike2030 has consistently shown throughout our software engineer coaching together.

The Illinois General Assembly is back in session today and I maintain that @Amtrak is the best way to get from Chicago to the Capital.

DuSable Lake Shore Drive tops this list, and we couldn’t agree more!
That’s why we’re organizing and fighting for a future without a highway on our lakefront. Help us build the movement: betterstreetschicago.org/nls… – at Chicago, IL
And the video — the ten most offensive waterfront freeways in North America. Begging for a substantial federal solution!! Link in the reply. @SecretaryPete
If you're in the NFT reward space, check out @AlgoMike2030's new project he built from scratch that helps you calculate your various staking rewards.
It's a great looking site and show your support by submitting to him any feedback and feature suggestions!

Hi everyone, I have been quiet for a bit but it was for good reason. Today, I'm launching my website hodlstats.io . Right now, the site contains 49 different passive reward calculators for Algorand projects. More to come for the site.

What's the point of having leading pedestrian intervals if you don't also ban right turns on red?
Leaving sidewalk snow and ice removal up to property owners means the job doesn’t get done, injuring and stranding people. It should be a municipal service, just like it is for the roadway. I asked my alder to support #PlowTheSidewalks, can you ask yours?

My take on why equitable transit-oriented development makes us happier, healthier, better human beings.

Couldn't agree more Mike...
Milwaukee Avenue is supposed to be one of the "Spoke Routes" within Chicago's Bike Plan. It should be the safest, yet we still see tragic crashes like this that took a good man's life. The call for Milwaukee Avenue to be for bikes & transit only must be considered. #bikeCHI

Absolutely blown away by the incredible turnout for today’s Belmont Ave bike jam!
THANK YOU to everyone who attended and called Aldermen Tunney and Waguespack.
We will continue to fight for #SafeStreetsForAll 🚴♀️🚶

It’s not too much to ask for: protected bike lanes on Belmont all the way to the Lakefront Trail, and bus priority and pedestrian improvements. It should be the bare minimum.
Thanks for joining us, @bikegridnow, @ChiFamilyBiking, and @UrbanEnviroIL in demanding a better Belmont!
Unacceptable - we live in a dense city - time to vastly reduce the amount of car driving in this city. Cars don't belong as the primary form of transportation in Chicago.

It's also time to narrow our streets so cars slow down. We've built almost every street in Chicago like a county highway with a forgiving zone. Come on leaders! Stop deluding ourselves that we can have it both ways. 50%+ of all trips in this city can easily be by non-car...
