This from a congresswoman-elect in New York State … I’m not even shocked anymore.

KEVIN HOUSTON Kevin Houston was born in The Bronx, but was raised in Pearl River, New York and was a 3-year starter on the varsity basketball team at Pearl River High School. Though a strong offensive player, at 5 ft 11 and 165 lbs. his small stature played a big part in his being overlooked by college scouts. Houston attended the U.S. Military Academy Prep School for 1 year after high school. Then the US Military Academy as it was the only university that had shown any interest in recruiting him. He enrolled in the fall of 1983 and proved all the skeptics wrong! During his 4-year career, Houston started every one of 113 games tying him for the most all-time games played in Army history. By the time he graduated from the Academy in 1987, he had re-written all the record books! Most points in a game (53), in a season (953), in a career (2,325), and season points per game (32.9)! He was the first ever Army player to win the Haggerty Award, which he shared as a senior with Mark Jackson of St. John's.! It is given to the best men's basketball player in the greater New York metropolitan area. Houston was also the 1986–87 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Player of the Year and the NCAA scoring champion! He was a 3x All-MAAC honoree, 2x honorable mention All-American, and 1x 3rd team All-American. After college, Houston served his mandatory term in the US Army. He coached high school basketball guiding the Storm King School, located in Cornwall-on-Hudson, New York, to two New England Private School Championships in 7 years. Kevin married his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth Cuccia, together for 21 years until she died on January 3, 2009. They have three children: Lauren, Luke and Leanne. His father is the great St. John's All-American, Jerry Houston! Stay tuned for our upcoming interview with Kevin on "The NYC Basketball History Show!"

In other words, move along, nothing to see here since we know Republican voters outnumber Democrats on election day voting by about 2 to 1. This is inexcusable!

Congressman Mike Lawler is a Strong Champion, and Highly Effective Representative, for the Great People of New York’s 17th Congressional District!   A true America First Patriot, Mike is fighting hard to Grow our Economy, Create Jobs, Lower Taxes, Promote American Energy DOMINANCE, Keep our Border SECURE, Support our Brave Military/Veterans and Law Enforcement, and Defend our always under siege Second Amendment. Additionally, he worked tirelessly to successfully increase the SALT deduction for the Working Men and Women of the Great State of New York! Mike is doing an outstanding job representing the Hudson Valley, and all of New York.   Mike’s opponent, Cait Conley, is a Radical Left Democrat who is opposed to NO TAX ON TIPS, NO TAX ON OVERTIME, and NO TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY and, if she and the Dumocrats ever got in, all of these things will be terminated. She wants massive Tax Increases, Open Borders, Men playing in Women’s Sports, and Transgender Mutilization of your Children. Cait Conley is Reckless, Radical, and Dangerous!   Mike Lawler has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election. GET OUT AND VOTE FOR MIKE — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN! swampthevoteusa.com/new-york…

Cait Conley says she wants to fight corruption. But her own financial disclosure shows she collected $328,283.15 from two AI surveillance contractors after writing policy in Biden’s White House to benefit them. That’s the corruption, the revolving door of DC, that she claims she’s against. Cait can’t be trusted. The Hudson Valley deserves transparency and accountability from its elected representatives.

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of the Orangetown Police Benevolent Association. As someone who lives in Orangetown and is raising my family here, I’m deeply grateful for the men and women who keep our neighborhoods safe. Their dedication and professionalism make a difference every day for my family and families across our town. I will always stand with our law enforcement officers and fight to ensure they have the resources and support they need to protect our community.

Ryan O’Shea of Stony Point was just 21 and wanted to be a cop. His life was cut short by a wrong-way driver on I-91 who, according to DHS, had already been deported TWICE. This was another preventable death as disastrous sanctuary policies undermine immigration enforcement and put public safety at risk. I voted for the Laken Riley Act, which requires ICE to detain illegal immigrants charged with burglary, theft, larceny, shoplifting, assaulting a law enforcement officer, or crimes that kill or seriously injure someone. Cait Conley’s own website calls for ending local police partnerships with ICE, and at the News 12 debate, she wouldn’t give a yes-or-no answer on the issue. @CaitforNewYork , should someone already ordered out of this country be held the minute he’s arrested again? Yes or no?

Not the Atlanta, Georgia I remember. So sad to see this. Recall my WWII veteran grandfather showing me how to stand and respect the national anthem at Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium during the early 70’s, when the Braves stunk, the stadium was very empty, and patriotism still mattered. What happened to us?

Special group of candidates here! If you want commonsense back in NY, you need to vote for Lawler, Blakeman & Komatireddy! If you are not sure, I strongly encourage you to watch the debates, they weren't even close.
I’m deeply honored to have the New York Post’s strong endorsement. We’ve kept our promises to Hudson Valley families: ✅ Historic tax cuts, including tax relief on tips, overtime, and Social Security benefits. ✅ Lifting the SALT cap from $10,000 to $40,000, helping families keep more of their hard-earned money. ✅ Securing our border and stopping the flow of drugs into our country. ✅ Returning over $120 million for our district to constituents, and for clean water, infrastructure, and our cops. I’ll never stop fighting for the Hudson Valley and I’d be honored to have your vote this November.

This is what you get when you so grossly over-course-correct from the policing methodologies that made NYC the safest big city in the world during the 1990s. The results spoke for themselves. Countless lives saved — vast majority were black and brown. Now we have this kind of blatant taunting, baiting, and disrespect. Seriously, who would want to be a police officer today? To run towards the sound of the guns. To protect and serve. Then, be subjected to this garbage by a cretin, a mutt, who would never have pulled this before New York City became a haven for criminality and “resistance.” Well done, Democrat (and now, Socialist) Party mayors who felt (and feel) that the NYPD was/is “the problem.” What an utter disgrace.
This is what DSA supporters believe to be clever and funny.

If this was a boxing match, the referee would have stopped it. @lawler4ny thoroughly outclassed Conley. Wow. I will bw surprised if she even comes to the next debate.

Congressman Mike Lawler DELIVERS every day for #NY17, from working families tax cuts and the increased SALT deduction, to outstanding constituent services. His extremist opponent is backed by far-left radicals because she would raise taxes and costs on hardworking New York families. Vote @lawler4ny!

I joined the Westchester Gold Star Mothers and Families to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We owe a debt of gratitude to their families, who carry their loved ones’ memory and sacrifice with them every day. It was an honor to stand with them and remember those who gave everything for our freedom.

The Mets would be extremely lucky to land this talent evaluator, hard working lifer who combines analytics and old school! Bring this NY guy home!
The Mets are considering Royals special assistant Tom McNamara as they look to add more depth to their front office, per @JimDuquetteGM #LGM McNamara is an experienced front office executive who has worked in multiple organizations, making him an interesting name to keep an eye on as the Mets continue to reshape their baseball operations department.

The Sheridan Gorman Buddy Bench has arrived in Washington, D.C., serving as a lasting tribute to Sheridan’s outgoing, inclusive, and kindhearted spirit. Sheridan was an 18-year-old college student from Yorktown who was shot and killed in Chicago by an illegal immigrant earlier this year. Throughout her life, Sheridan had a gift for making others feel seen. At her elementary school’s Buddy Bench, she looked out for children who were feeling lonely and became known as the “guardian” of the bench, always making sure no one was left without a friend. In June, Sheridan’s mother, Jessica, testified before Congress following her daughter’s death and fulfilled her promise to bring a Buddy Bench to Congress. I was honored to be the first member of Congress to sit with the Gorman family on the Buddy Bench and honor Sheridan’s memory and all Angel Families. This bench will serve as a lasting reminder of Sheridan’s selflessness, kindness, and inclusiveness.

Great Man! Rest in Peace Mr. Pierson.
Last night, I honored the life and legacy of Howard Pierson, a beloved lifelong resident of Nyack who passed away at the end of July at the age of 91. From being a standout athlete to serving as an educator, coach, and mentor at Rockland Community College, Howard dedicated his life to inspiring generations of young people throughout Rockland County. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Dorothea, his family, and all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
