There is nothing more uplifting than the act of creation ... be it software, art, food or -dare I put in the same list- love!

Says the guy that otherwise claims it's all commodity matmult and open weights will win in the end ... 🤔
Only 250 ppl spending $10M+ is wild & this is the Anthropic bull case succinctly put. It doesn't matter if margins come down / are thin, basically no one is actually using AI yet, and everyone will.

100% agree!
I'm way more interested in what they're doing for code review, code search and QA than what is actually replacing git.

Another day, another attack surface.
🚨 side project alert 🚨 Announcing Muse Gadgets, an open source ESP32 firmware and Linux sdk so that you can make hardware devices that work with Muse. Grab an API token from gadgets.muse.ai and point your favorite coding agent at the github repo to build your own peripherals for Muse.

At this point, is anything other than running your own open weoghts on a threadripper an option?
Would you give your competitors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable for your design of a frontier drug development problem? That's what Anthropic wants: Anthropic went from outright banning any drug development efforts using their models, to starting their own drug discovery pipeline, building a wetlab, and sponsoring competitions... THANKS BUT NO THANKS

Apparently all of these “AI is escaping containment” stories are actually just AI researchers not knowing jack squat about the absolutely most basic security practices.

OK, so we're now (mostly) comfortable with non-deterministic text/code generation - moving on to getting comfortable with non-deterministic switch clauses? Let's do this! 🥸
The most interesting thing about Jev is not the model, but the mental model of using classifiers for tasks LLM were slow and expensive before. I've been since yesterday thinking of different use cases that were impossible with high latency & cost that now are possible.

What’s this “Muse” thing you talk about, @finkd ?

Yeah, so that Muse.ai `SOUL.md` edit is spot on, @AIatMeta - well done there. 🙄

Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenClaw, Hermes ... they are all great and I couldn't live without them now. Let's have everything adjust to them now, not the other way around. First: authentication. Who's doing this right not using vaults/gimmicks?

Super excited to launch the Private Alpha for @keyframesmov. A lot of work has gone into it, and I'm looking forward to hearing how we can make it even better.
Introducing Keyframes: real-time production software for indie filmmakers. Script, locations, shots, schedule, call sheets. One shared production your whole crew works in live. Private Alpha opens today, free for select filmmakers. keyframes.mov 🧵

There's creators that will embrace the tech, while others will call it all stolen IP ... which one will you be?
You've never seen anything like this.

It's been a few weeks since I shared this with friends ... still amazes me and leaves me wanting to work with the new tools even much more so!
🏆 Cannes Lions Bronze Winner — Lorem Ipsum Samurai, cowboys, mafia, why are they all speaking “Lorem Ipsum”? Bronze Lion winner in Cannes Lions Film: B2B, Lorem Ipsum was created by Argentine studio Purga Films to promote its AI advertising business. Though every character speaks in meaningless placeholder words “Lorem Ipsum”, the emotions still hit hard. As the film says: “We have the craft. We need the scripts.” The entire film was created with Kling AI. Across wildly different styles and worlds, Kling delivered consistent performances, emotional depth, and cinematic control throughout the piece. Some stories still hit you deeply — even when you don’t understand a single word. Huge congrats to Purga Films on the win!

Si esto es lo que hacen mis "compas" Americanos, muero de ganas de ver la versión Española en el Bernabéu.

Hey @adrianmg and #lazyweb in general: what is the best way to manage/publish roadmaps these days? Thinking of wiring something up to our GitHub issues/discussions/projects to dynamically show state, but don't want to re-invent the wheel.

The number of (well informed) people that said 0% is staggering and the most salient fact about your survey, @elwatto.
Take a guess: what % of RevenueCat's top 20 accounts are based in Spain?

Overall, VAR has been too inconsistent and has killed too much of the game’s momentum. Players and fans can’t even celebrate in the moment anymore, we have to wait for confirmation. Id probably scrap it altogether.
