We dismissed the case because the court rejected our demands to sequester the ballots, and the election is now over. Our efforts to restore confidence and integrity in elections continue. We will pursue every civil and criminal remedy to ensure only eligible American citizens vote in American elections. We filed a Statement of Interest in a separate case to compel California's compliance with federal election laws. We will continue to investigate and prosecute those who violate election laws.

Chris Kluwe is in a tight CA State Assembly race in the Huntington Beach area
I endorsed Chris, appreciate his courage and leadership, and think he is clearly the better candidate
He was winning on election night and I reached out to him that night to congratulate him
Since then, as more votes have been counted, he has fallen behind
With more votes still to be tallied, I sincerely hope, for the betterment of CA, that Chris will end up ultimately prevailing
And once all votes are counted, I will respect the will of the voters and the final outcome, whatever that is
