Some COVID-19 school closure remote learning ideas are overly expensive & fraught with problems. SC Pub. Broadcasters are using TV signal for statewide Pre-K to 12 education. @aptstweet estimates all its stations can be covered with similar for $20M/6 months. Worth exploring?
