More than anything, @Nigel_Farage, we need to accept the harsh reality that things have escalated to a level we can no longer ignore. As the British public, we cannot stand by and watch our beautiful children being slaughtered. As a politician, I urge you to take decisive action to address this issue before it escalates further, to a point where control is lost entirely.

The science of global warming is so very simple. Please spare a few short minutes to watch Carl Sagan explain it beautifully clearly nearly forty years ago.

"White people do not exist in a special state of sin or collective guilt," said @SuellaBraverman. Do you think a British home secretary should say this? Do you understand why she feels compelled to say this? Did you ever expect a British home secretary to say this?

Sacking nurses is terrible. How many have been sacked?
Instead of sacking nurses, Rishi Sunak should be sacking Nadhim Zahawi.👇🏻

For 4 years when I was US Editor I went to endless Trump rallies where we’d be accused of being ‘enemies of the people’ - the ‘we’ were the media, but also ‘liberals’, civil servants, environmentalists, the swamp, the think tanks. All felt a bit familiar in B’ham today
