An Amtrak Cascades train glides past the Canadian/United States border at Blaine, Washington. The train colors are Evergreen, mocha and cream, and the locomotive sports a large evergreen WSDOT "WashDOT" Flying T logo in the side. WSDOT owns eight Charger SC44 locomotives.
