Knoxville needs more housing. Informed by recommendations from @OpticosDesign, the city is proposing zoning changes to re-legalize the development of middle housing types (such as townhomes, duplexes, & triplexes) within a few neighborhoods located in the city’s urban core. (1/2)

Important reminder as we approach the NFL season: Fantasy football is supposed to be fun!
Ruining friendships. Tearing apart families. Chirping at players on social media. Losing more money than you can afford to.
That is not fun.
Know your limits. Keep it light. Have fun.
This is fantastic

Some of you know my faith is important to me. So is loving people. If those ever seem at odds, I lean to choosing love over theology.
Love this from Barbara Brown Taylor. HT: @ShaneClaiborne – at Knoxville, TN

As a Tball coach this year I now feel I failed my kids by not having walk-up songs. What were we thinking @Zach4sale ??

Life thought. One thing I've learned over the years when ANYONE dies: The best response is to express some degree of sorrow and/or respect. If you don't honestly have either of those, and it's totally ok if you don't, the best response is to say nothing.
Excited to serve alongside these three!
2022 is looking good! The first Directors meeting is in the books and the #future is exciting and bright for KAAR is its members.

A lot of great content from this win, but a coach that’ll dodge the crowd to celebrate with his wife & daughter first is the best thing I’ve seen. Take note young men. This is your best lesson of the season. @PowellCoachLowe @tssaa @PowellHighFB
