I’m a cowboy who talks about raising cattle, butchery, meat sells, and the Cowboy Way of Life. I speak my mind and try to laugh along the way!

Best way to lower beef prices is to enforce anti-trust regulations on the 4 largest beef packers and everyone wins. It all starts with them. Consumers will be happy and ranchers will have healthy margins. But the globalist cabal will not approve. @beefinitiative

If you have to know if a rancher is a blue dot or red dot ranch, it doesn’t change the flavor of Beef! Take politics out of food and support AMERICAN agriculture. If this is a problem don’t bother buying from me!

I keep hearing so many people asking me to start selling beef again. How many people tried our K&C Cattle Co Beef and could you taste the difference? @beefinitiative

Yesterday was the pinnacle of my rodeo career. I won 2nd at the BFI $160k on a horse I raised with my good friend Clay Burnham. I want to thank my wife and all of those in my corner. @cactusropes @TWSaddlery @frontierbankoftexas

This couldn’t ring more true to me. I’ve been blessed with successful business ventures but it came with a heavy burden each and every time!

So my “friends” snapped a photo of me last weekend at a roping and made me the joke of a group text on St. Patrick’s Day…thanks to photoshop. With that said, I think I look like an Irish gangster maybe the first one to be cowboy! @beefinitiative

I got started early this morning mixing a alfalfa and haylage ration. Yes my tractor is a little too small for the mixer just waiting for my new one to come in. And thank goodness, we were blessed with over an inch of rain.

Just had a nice set of young light bred thin cows come in. They should ring the bell in about 90 days. I keep multiple streams of cash flow at the ranch and these sure help!

If you drive by the ranch and see dead coyotes hanging on the fence, it’s because it’s calving season and we shoot all coyotes we see! They will kill a calf faster than the sun rises. @beefinitiative

Oh those tiger stripe cows are great Moma’s but…about the time you try and open a gate they will be in your back pocket. No bones were broken while taking this picture just my pride as I jumped the fence.

So my Great Uncle Kent Holman had a fleet of some of the sharpest trucks in the 80s and 90s. He helped start my addiction to the cattle industry! We ship loads of cows every week all over the US and I still love seeing trucks leave the ranch! @beefinitiative

I had the pleasure to talk with Daniel today about the cattle ranching industry, high beef prices, and how we can make changes! @beefinitiative @RMConservative
Ever wonder why steak from a local ranch tastes better—and why it’s bigger—than what you get from the grocery store? @kandccattle of @beefinitiative joins me to discuss why we have a beef crisis in America and what gov't must change. youtu.be/qQ2foOzETZE

These ladies are about a month from calving and headed to New Mexico to winter pasture. Coincidentally we finally got some rain the day we shipped them!

I love when the mornings get cool and the babies starting hitting the ground! These cows are older but still making money and helping rebuild the US cow herd. @beefinitiative @modernTman

I’ve pissed folks off with some of my posts regarding the cattle and beef business over the last few weeks but hey we can’t all agree on everything. But thank goodness we love raising cattle and eating Beef and more consumers like eating Beef which gives hope for our future!

I will say that although ranchers won’t agree with everything, we have to compromise and this administration is listening to independent ranchers and not big ag lobbyist more than any other ever has. For that I thank you. @SecRollins @realDonaldTrump

Exactly could have said it better!
I'd like to set the record straight here: 1. Ranchers want your costs down just as much as you do! 2. We're not "afraid to compete with foreign beef." We're worried that beef - like lamb - will no longer be "what's for dinner" if it continues being this expensive. 3. We're already a net-importer of beef in the United States. Prices have steadily increased as: A. We've imported more beef, B. Production took a nose-dive C. Exports tanked and farms went under.... making us more reliant than ever on foreign nations for our food security, 4. Your ranchers know from time and experience that the only way to stabilize prices is by increasing U.S. domestic herd sizes and production capacity. THAT'S why people are upset... Not because we might have to compete with foreign beef, but because we already are and prices are higher than ever. 5. Nobody goes into/stays in farming or ranching because they're greedy or money loving. Period As cattle ranchers - and I feel safe to speak for us all here - we want real solutions all the way around, so we can keep serving our fellow Americans quality beef. We're in this together!
