I used to be like, "Well, you didn't do your writing, so I guess you can't do the lesson or practice your conclusion with us."
Now I'm like, "Here's a sample essay without a conclusion. I still want you to be able to work on the skill and be a part of the class."

PSA: Not all phonics and decodable readers are created equal. Some are impoverished and harmful. Just because it says it is SoR aligned doesn’t mean it is or it’s any good. Teachers-please have stringent auditing processes in place before downloading free stuff off the internet.
