Meet MAGAt and now very much dead incel Scott Paul Beierle. A former Florida substitute English teacher whose escalating history of sexual harassment and battery culminated in a horrific act of misogynist terrorism, rather than a standard courtroom conviction, because he turned the gun on himself. Before executing his final assault, he was heavily affiliated with the FSU College Republicans and the "We Are Conservatives" movement. The allegations against Beierle spanned decades of predatory behavior. In 2006, while working as a Maryland high school teacher, he was investigated for inappropriate contact after asking a female student to pose for Playboy. By 2010, the U.S. Army investigated him for unacceptable conduct involving inappropriate interactions with four female Air Force service members, forcing his discharge. His criminal record spiked in Tallahassee, where he was arrested in 2012 for misdemeanor battery after repeatedly grabbing women's buttocks at a Florida State University dining hall. In 2014, his persistent stalking behavior earned him a campus-wide trespass conviction and ban from FSU. In 2016, police arrested him again for battery after he non-consensually grabbed and slapped a sunbathing woman at an apartment complex pool. On May 25, 2017, he was fired from Galaxy Middle School after cornering a terrified female student, touching her stomach, and asking if she was ticklish. Fueled by radical right-wing male supremacy and online incel ideology, Beierle took his hatred to its ultimate conclusion on November 2, 2018. He walked into a Hot Yoga Tallahassee studio and opened fire, murdering two women, wounding five other people, and exposing the deadly trajectory of unchecked right-wing misogyny before committing suicide.
