Two more arrests have been made in the beating of a disabled 19-year-old at a bonfire in Tiger Bay State Forest. This brings the total arrests to 4: Sabastian Bowers, 19, Cody Stripling, 18, Logan Levesque, 18, and Casey Knight, 19.
