Happy to share the newest preprint from @HollopeterLab @cornellvet: biorxiv.org/cgi/content/shor…. We propose the Inversin complex works via a dimerization mechanism. You’re probably thinking, “What the $%@! is the Inversin complex?” Let me explain:
So grateful to have an awesome and supportive PI, and a lab where I can imagine and propose exciting experiments!
Congratulations to @knmorrison_ for passing your A exam and advancing to candidacy!

Just got tenure! This is thanks to inspiring work by brilliant grad students @cornellvet (@gwen_beacham, Ed Partlow, Erika Beyrent and Derek Wei) and our amazing collaborators @UNC_BCBP (@therickybaker and @kevcannon520) and @ScienceStowers (@LaurenceFlorens and @jeff_j_lange)!
We identified NHR-23 and SPE-44 regulated genes in C. elegans spermatogenesis using RNA seq, many of which are uncharacterized. This may be the entry point into finding unknown pathways that govern spermatogenesis! (2/2)
