literally changed my life. we were so poor this project helped pay my mom’s bills
just found this picture from 2011. the last Google check from a Facebook game I built when I was 15, made out to my mom because I was too young
20 million users ended up playing it
concerning that this is still my most successful project
but context only creates an advantage if it stays private, once everyone has access to the same context, it becomes a commodity
people focus too much on intelligence when the real edge for agents is context
the winning agent shouldn’t need you to tell it where to look
people overvalue simple actions just because an agent is doing them
if an agent isn’t 10x better at a task, people eventually stop using it and go back to the previous form factor
they care about things that simply weren’t possible before, like what happened with coding
engineers with no agency will struggle in the future
managers / heads of engineering held them back by treating them as output machines
we’ll look back and laugh at how a manager’s job was… assigning tasks.
we were so early

anything worth pursuing shouldn't be overthought
think too much and the 20% chance it fails becomes the thing that paralyzes you
build ambitious things. hold them until they succeed or fail
Insane, I couldn’t believe it the first time I saw it
Yes, those photos you’ve seen are real.
More than 18 years ago, a baby named Lamine Yamal and his mom Sheila met Lionel Messi at a UNICEF fundraising photoshoot.
Today, their achievements on the pitch inspire millions. Off the pitch, both Messi and Lamine Yamal use their voices and platforms as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors to support and advocate for children around the world.
The goal? That every child survives, thrives, and fulfils their potential.
We are proud to have them on our team.
