Don’t worry, using taxpayer dollars to run ominous campaign ads of the President has been done before and is completely legal… in banana republics.

It aired nationally on FOX yesterday during Illinois at #7 Ohio State and also during Fox News Sunday this morning

If you are overwhelmed by all the cruelty and tempted into hopelessness, you are a good person and on the right side of history.
Those in power want nothing more than to steal your hope and drive you into apathy.
Keeping your empathy and hope alive is an act of resistance.

Trump has now banned CNN, MS NOW and POLITICO from entering the White House grounds.
That’s not all. He is threatening that more news organizations who criticize him, including the New York Times and Washington Post, will be next.
Why? Because when demagogues like Trump are in trouble they want to control the flow of information and silence media that might hold them accountable.
We will not allow Trump to undermine the First Amendment, the Constitution and our democracy.
We will not accept authoritarianism.
Fight back.

So interesting how all of the free speech MAGA people suddenly disappeared today and are now cheering on Trump banning news outlets from the White House.
They don’t believe in anything. They have no values or principles.

While you never got that $2,000 tariff refund check that Trump promised, here’s who did:
Walmart: $2.9 billion
Apple: $2.2 billion
Nike: $986 million
Amazon: $600 million
GM: $500 million
UPS: $500 million
The Trump Administration: Of, by, and for the billionaire class.

I don’t know about you all, but frankly I’m insulted by the notion that my vote this November could be bought for 5k. Not to mention the inflation this would cause. All things considered, I cannot in good conscience accept a penny less than 10k!
.@POTUS announces the TRUMP DIVIDEND: If Republicans win both the House and the Senate, because of our tremendous economic success, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States for $5,000
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The President of the United States has no constitutional or statutory authority to issue a dividend check on behalf of the US Government. Only the Congress can authorize and appropriate these funds.

Trump, like all authoritarians, wants to silence those who disagree with him.
Now he's trying to punish an NBC journalist for reporting on his mixed endorsement record.
Sorry, Mr. President. In America, we believe in democracy and the First Amendment.
FIGHT BACK.
can we just jump to the part where Trump announces a "major" truly "historic" deal with Canada that only he could negotiate — after which the markets spike, MAGA praises his cunning dealmaking, and then we get the specifics and it looks basically like a return to the status quo with promises for more negotiations?

Donald Trump made over 22,000 trades in 2025.
Pelosi made 200 trades in 12 years.
Donald Trump’s trading volume was over $750 million dollars in 2025- that was more volume than all 535 members of congress, combined.

There is very simple math behind the need to tax billionaires. Billionaire wealth is increasing at an accelerating rate vastly outpacing the overall rise in GDP. This means that their wealth is not growing because the whole pie is growing. Their wealth is growing at your expense and the trend is accelerating. If you are not a billionaire and you and your children want to own things, this is your fight.

Just think about this for a moment: The entire country knows Trump won’t accept the results of the midterms if his party loses. He’ll scream “stolen” election if he loses. He’ll fuck with the results if he loses. He won’t concede, and he’ll pressure other Republicans to not concede if they lose. And every American knows he’ll do all of this. But not every American is outraged or even bothered by it.
How fucked up is that?

It’s designed to distract you from increased debt, war, inflation, and further usurpations of your rights.

The problem isn’t that recent elections were stolen - we won the damn elections. White House, Senate, House, even the Supreme Court leans our way.
The fraud is that our party got elected and broke our campaign promises to voters.

In the dramatic circumstances of war, information must guard against the risk of turning into propaganda. It is every journalist's duty to verify the news, so as not to become a megaphone for power. They must show the suffering that war always brings to populations, which entails showing the face of war and recounting it through the eyes of victims.
