Just had the worst hotel experience of my life at @HarrahsLaughlin owned by @CaesarsEnt, an unusual rant & 馃У from me cause they need to be put on blast. I reserved 2 rooms, including 1 for my aunt & elderly disabled uncle for july 4-7. The moment we checked in,.. (1/13)
.@HarrahsLaughlin .@CaesarsEnt She said they would send Expedia notice to give us the refund for the one night but could not give us anything printed. At this point I was holding back tears because I had been nothing but nice to all the staff but Kelly was extremely rude..(12/13)
.@HarrahsLaughlin & dismissive of all the stress we experienced staying here. If this is how she treats customers, I can only imagine how horrible she treats the staff .@CaesarsEnt this hotel is an embarassment for your brand & I will make sure to let everyone know it. (13/13)
