Happy #October1st! Ready to drink chai lattes, eat too much candy, and watch Hocus Pocus on repeat all month long. 🎃
Thinking this year, as I do every year, of the sacrifice my grandfathers and great-grandfathers made to protect those at home. All have passed on now, but I will never forget their stories. #LestWeForget #RemembranceDay
Had a fantastic experience with @kingstonpentour yesterday - quite the interesting history lesson! Having former guards on site to speak to their experiences was particularly great. Go take a tour if you can, friends. #ExploreON #Kingston
When your physiotherapist mother comes to visit right after your neck starts hurting. And brings her acupuncture needles.
Enjoying day one of a two-day 'Mental Health First Aid' course developed by the @MHCC_. Learning plenty while having many other things reaffirmed. Wish the course was mandatory in all workplaces (or at least for management). #MentalHealth
In case there was any doubt that I am a wonk who works with other wonks ... #Budget2018
On that note, pretty excited about my Christmas gift to myself. See you in May, @OttawaMarathon! @runottawa #HalfMarathon #Ottawa
