a day off is not a day off anymore. it’s a day to go to the doctor, get a oil change, clean, do homework, get a hair cut, do ur hair, clean the car, THE LIST GOES ONNNNN…. i just want a day off to be a day to take a nap. the wholeeee day.
The fact that you can’t check into a hotel until 4pm when the day is basically over but have to check out by 10am the next morning should honestly be illegal.
never take being mobile for granted. pick up some weights, ride your bike, take a walk, go for a run. be kind to your body by taking care of it while you can.
