This space has bred the biggest bunch of pussy sales reps I’ve ever seen.
Their favourite thing to complain about is lead quality.
“We need better leads.”
No you don’t lmao.
I scaled a sales team from around $100k per month to $4.5M per month almost exclusively through paid traffic.
And anyone who has spent serious money on ads knows what happens as you scale.
At the beginning you’re hitting the nucleus.
Highest intent, most obvious buyers, best fit audiences....
Then you keep increasing spend and inevitably move further away from it.
Intent gets weaker as qualification gets broader.
More people are curious instead of convinced and lead just get colder and colder.
If you also want a huge number of booked calls, you cannot simultaneously qualify the life out of every lead before they reach the calendar.
Yet we were still averaging $150k+ per day in sales.
The reason wasn’t some magical objection handling framework.
I taught my reps to sell to good leads, average leads and shit leads.
You couldn't avoid the shit leads, so you might as well get used to selling them too.
And the biggest thing that enabled it was CULTURE.
Our culture basically revolved around one word:
COPE.
Any time something went wrong, there were two options.
Find a way to make something happen.
Or create a reason why you couldn’t and cope with the result.
Bad calendar? Cope.
No show? Cope.
Prospect says they have no money? Cope.
Nothing booked tomorrow? Go through old CRM and manufacture something or fish leads forward to stack your day.
The important part was that eventually I didn’t even need to police it.
The team did.
If somebody started bitching about their calendar, everyone else would look at them like THEY were the weird one.
That completely changed the behaviour.
We removed the social reward for making excuses.
Instead of spending energy explaining why the opportunity was bad, people started asking:
“What can I extract from what I’ve been given?”
And that is a much more valuable question.
If I was managing a sales team today and lead quality had become a constant complaint, I’d actually audit it like this:
Take the last 100 leads and separate them into:
A leads: objectively strong fit/high intent.
B leads: workable but imperfect.
C leads: poor intent, difficult circumstances, questionable fit.
Then compare each rep’s conversion rate within EACH bucket.
That tells you something aggregate close rate never will.
One rep might only look elite because they destroy A leads.
Another might have a slightly lower overall close rate but convert B and C leads at twice everybody else’s rate.
I know which rep I’d rather have when we scale spend.
Then train specifically from the bottom up.
What does your best rep do differently with a B lead?
How do they open the call?
How much discovery do they do?
How do they create urgency where very little existed?
How many follow ups happen after the first conversation?
How often do they revive something everybody else would mark dead?
Turn THAT into the training.
Because at scale, your business cannot depend on every prospect arriving perfectly qualified, desperate to buy and credit card in hand.
Anyone looks elite when the conditions are elite.
The best reps I’ve ever worked with can take a calendar full of DQs, old CRM, low-intent paid traffic and still manufacture revenue.
That’s the fucking skill.
Sales gets a lot easier when your teams stops asking:
“Why was this lead bad?”
And starts asking:
“What could we have done with it anyway?”

Iman Gadzhi is testing a new kind of landing page for his challenge.
It looks like an ecom advertorial, not an info funnel.
1/ Dressed up as a Consulting.com article
2/ Opens with money pain (the “$535K retirement gap”), not a guru
3/ Iman’s name only shows up halfway down
4/ Higgsfield is the “why now”
5/ Proof from past events: $8.9M → $15M → $31.7M → $41M
Cartoon ad → fake article → challenge page.
Ecom brands have run this playbook for years.
Now the info space is catching up.

My girlfriend sends me a link to a coat she likes, I can tell it’s a Shopify dropshipping site.
Within 5 minutes, I found the supplier for the coat and placed an order.
Happy girlfriend, happy life.

ill die on this hill
a lot of success is on the other side of not giving a fuck.
not about the work.
about looking stupid. being judged. hearing no. failing in public. having people think you’re doing too much.
most people don’t lose because they aren’t capable.
they lose because they’re too busy managing how they look.
do the fucking work anyway.
the audacity to believe is the greatest gift that has ever existed…
however, the cheat code isn't belief itself.
It's acting from the identity before the evidence exists and those are different things.
belief is a feeling, and feelings wobble every morning but conducting yourself as the person the evidence hadn't confirmed yet
the willingness to keep voting for a version of yourself that currently has a record of 0 yes’s and -200 no’s
and here's why it's a cheat code specifically because it exploits a flaw in how reality plays out infront of you
belief is surface level, almost trying to convince yourself of success.
anyone who requires evidence before believing is agreeing to live permanently one version behind themselves
knowing lies under it. knowing is pre feeling. pre convincing.
here is where i diverge from the mainstream model because I believe you acess a ability that has always existed and you pave the path for that through decision
similar to when you hit crisis and there is no option to deploy every part of what you already are
the ones who are forced to treat the absence of evidence as neutral information instead of negative information because you literally have no other choice?
the world cannot and did not reflect what you will be. it instead, in that moment only reflected what you've been this entire time
i think belief, feeling and the rest of the mess is just “decor” for what truly is pre existing within us all
no evidence doesn't mean "not true." It means "not yet rendered”
it’s so weird how 200 rejections, every time you had to push your ego to the side and ask, everytime someone underestimated you, every time they laughed because you charged too much, every time they de valued your worth, everytime they ignored you, every time they treated you like something to be used and extracted from and not collobarated with as you grew to find your footing and identity no longer comes to mind after that first win
you truly forget it all. you forget what it took. you forget the hurt. you forget the doubt.
your brain no longer filters or files for it
you quite frankly couldn’t give a shit
is this liberation?
i think the word liberation does not do it justice.

this is so heavy
in dark may you row long enough to see the light
and I don’t mean that lightly.
I hope you get ur spark back, the one that lets u keep the ball rolling, bounce back from the tough times, relentlessly pursue the dream despite what others say, and run towards what scares u even if that means going through the motions for a while. I believe you'll find a passion for life and see the breathtaking beauty of it, cuz i know you deserve it. you deserve to shoot for the stars, and reach the moon. there is no hole u cannot climb out of. come out of the darkness now and then, and step into the light u once took pleasure in having.

This dude describes the exact mechanism behind flow
You have to learn to allow your conscious mind to GTFO the way
(planning, controlling, fixing, managing)
Recognizing that this nerfs your ability to perform dramatically
Simple example is if you think about The BEST conversations you've had
The ones when you're just letting it FLOW THROUGH you are incredible
Zero micro-management
The ones where you're managing what to say next feel have you stumbling over your words & thoughts like a dam fool
The WHOLE game of life is learning to get out of the way
What you'll find is left is PRESENCE + JOY + FLOW
That's what you get when you LET GO of fear

Your mind is so powerful that the moment you stop living from the past and start becoming your future, your entire reality begins to change.
I helped people who spent their whole lives believing they were unconfident for 36 years become the most fearless, confident version of themselves.
Which made them earn a lot more money, attract healthy relationships, and develop a vision to build a multi-8-figure business because they redirected their focus to creating the life they deserved instead of sabotaging themselves.
Your mind is the cause.
Your life is the effect.

Sugar activates my luck.
Something about carbs, especially fruit / sugar, turns on my antenna, allowing me to better connect with the universe / God / Energy.
Sugar maxxing for me =
-More synchronicities
-Heightened intuition
-Greater sense of connection
-More creativity and abstract thinking
-Increased optimism
-A stronger sense of purpose
-Feeling more in tune with the world around me
It's like turning up the signal on a radio. Everything just feels more connected.
To put it simply, Sugar activates my luck.
My theory is that energy attracts energy. The higher I can push my energy, the easier it is for me to connect with the energy around me.

Remember what I said about abundance
Never met someone who lived abundantly who wasn’t absolutely flushed w everything yall cling too tightly to
Love, money, happiness, etc
sometimes it is better to quietly sit in the face of someone who has pre decided what is right or wrong, rather then correct them knowing that pre determination and pre mature conclusions about anything have killed possibility and dreams and experinces more than never trying itself
if you wish to adopt such a mind understand you do so at your own detriment
all that came about is from the depth of the unknown. the moment you stop trying to think and finally see
the wildest of your expectations and dreams has grown in the gap of having zero idea
most of what we learn is revealed to us
if we only so let it appear in the first place
you hold the blindfold to the eye and call it gods doing
who is to blame?
a dangerous way to play the game of life.
this is so interesting to me
i think the same lies for the 20-30k day sweet spot
maybe even the 100k day one
they are always very chill, very relaxed. they are extremely patient yet they move fairly fast on what they do
as i came into the telehealth world I’ve come across older affiliates or now brand owners or growth partners and they operate in a very calm manner
you must deal your cards differently
i think rushing and moving fast have a dfferent essence
one is rushed, panicked, push push push assuming you will hit the numbers you mentally mapped out from the output of your opportunity
and the other is calm. speed similar to flow state. standards never drop. you will never do something for the sake of trickling an extra few pennies.
but you will do things that may pay no immediate dividends because u understand things from a birds eye view
it becomes positioning
you are quite literally positioned differently
Working 14 hours a day makes you too stupid to get rich
I mean that literally... your IQ drops
I have audited dozens of companies doing $50,000 to $100,000 a month and sat with plenty of guys doing $2,000,000+ a month in Dubai and Monaco, and the difference is almost funny
The $80k a month guy is proud of how exhausted he is
Hes in the Slack at midnight, checking video edits, rewriting emails, taking sales calls, "outworking the competition"
The $2M a month guy barely knows his own passwords. He wakes up at 10, goes to the gym, has lunch with 2 smart people, plays football and works maybe 90 minutes a day
People think the rich guy is lazy because he already made it
Wrong way around... he made it BECAUSE he refused to do the $20 an hour work
Above $100,000 a month, all the real money comes from spotting ONE asymmetric move before the herd sees it. A traffic pocket nobody is bidding on yet, a dying offer format, an English funnel translated into Polish or Spanish where the market is still in 2019
You cannot see the board when your face is 2 inches away from a Canva thumbnail for 12 hours a day
Grinding puts your brain into employee mode. You fix 40 tiny problems worth $500 each and completely miss the one decision worth $5,000,000
(It's the exact reason Tate got himself thrown in jail btw... when you work non-stop you stop thinking 3 moves ahead)
If your calendar has zero empty days on it this week, you are working too hard to ever make real money
Automate or delegate every task you've done more than 3 times, leave half your day completely blank & use your brain for the one thing that actually pays: deciding where the machine points next
I consult on high ticket offers and my intelligence has made brands multiple millions of dollars
