As much as I have serious concerns regarding Warsofsky and the coaching staff, Grier really isn't getting enough heat for some of the baffling decisions he's made in the last year from extensions to trades to free agent signings, the only thing that's been good is the draft

nobody is asking you to pretend the sharks are 1-13-1. being 7-7-1 doesn't magically make the problems disappear. are we supposed to ignore what we're watching just because the record isn't catastrophic enough for you?
