Computer village people don’t want you to know this one
Stop wasting hours setting up a new Windows laptop.
Instead of downloading apps one by one, use Ninite (ninite.com).
Pick the apps you want (Chrome, VLC, Zoom, Spotify, you can choose any app at all)
Download one single file and run it
It installs everything automatically in the background
Best part: No annoying toolbars, no fake antiviruses, and it pulls directly from official sources. It’s free for personal use and even updates your apps when you run the file again!

Four weeks of wall squats reduced systolic blood pressure by nearly 10 points in adults with high blood pressure.
Researchers then compared continuing three sessions weekly with reducing to two, one, or none for another month. Systolic pressure remained roughly 7 mmHg below starting levels in the once- and twice-weekly groups. Continuing three sessions weekly produced the greatest reduction of about 14 mmHg. In those who stopped completely, blood pressure moved back toward baseline.
This fits with a previous analysis of randomized trials that identified isometric exercise, which involves holding a muscle contraction, as an effective way to lower resting blood pressure.
What interests me is the practical question - how much of an exercise benefit can we preserve when we temporarily have less time? This study suggests that reducing the frequency can retain part of the benefit for up to a month.

It's important to learn from success as it is to learn from failures.
Until death, all defeat is psychological.
New day, new week, new energy!

One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make is being willing to spend millions on marketing but being reluctant to invest in the people responsible for managing that money.
A bad hire can cost you far more than what you think you’re saving on salary.
If you’re serious about scaling your business, stop looking for the cheapest hands to manage your marketing. Invest in A-players who can help you get the most out of every naira you spend.
Your marketing budget is only as good as the people managing it.
On the difficulty level, I really don't think so, but that's my opinion.
However, if none of the Meta Ads you've run in the past hasn't converted, you might want to look beyond the platform before concluding.
First, the offers you've been running Ad for...
This will help you determine whether your creative is grabbing the attention of your target audience.
If everything looks normal, then you want to look at your landing page metric.
Depending on what you're tracking (lead, purchase etc)
This will also tell you something.
