Today, we held a meeting with grassroots leaders from the Omugusii Nairobi County Forum to exchange ideas on how we can work together towards building a better Nairobi. The leaders, drawn from all 17 constituencies in Nairobi, raised concerns about poor leadership and the mismanagement of the County Government. We share a common vision for a better Nairobi, and we are committed to working together to make it a reality.

Cleaning your bottoms with water after a bowel evacuation is the most ethical thing you can do for yourself. That means you should train your mind to trigger bowel evacuation in the morning before taking a bath. Unless you have diarrhoea, just poop once a day.
