Another day cycling around the literal horseshit of @TorontoPolice’s mounted units. Worth the massive financial cost though in case we need to disrupt the formation of a phalanx of longbowmen assailing us on behalf of a rival fiefdom.

"I met an 11 year old grandmother who suffered in a hospital hallway with Covid-19. Also she was a nurse, who was laid off, and couldn't find a home that would require a commute on Highway 413 which will only benefit Ford's buddies."

My bet for the newscast-leading clip out of this debate is the beat down @MikeSchreiner just laid on Ford over nurses and LTC. Ford should have interrupted to mess it up. "Have you talked to..." was VERY effective. Ford's worst moment of this campaign by a mile. #onpoli

toronto, this is your city council. voting to NOT proceed to demand accountability for how they dealt with encampment evictions. pay attention to how your councillors keep voting and vote them out next round if they consistently fail.
My motion to refer the Administrative Inquiry on encampment clearings to the next Executive Committee meeting lost 7-16. It would have allowed for deputations & questions to staff. This forecasts what the vote on the Matlow/Layton motion for a Judicial Inquiry will look like.

The first question of the debate should be: Isn't it dumb that there is only one English debate?
