Gym served a purpose from 2024-25. 2026 is the year for long walks and running. The art of the possible: a 10 km run in Nice, a 20 km walk in Epping Forest. Next, a coastal run. Maybe Camino de Santiago. Finding my happy space. #MyLifeAsMarsha #Running
If anyone is looking for a convenient place to stay to explore Nice for a few days recommend Flaviaβs flat. Ideal location and great host. airbnb.co.uk/rp/marshad1683?β¦

Found this place on my way to mass yesterday evening. Such a curious name, but βalterationsβ caught my eye. Iβll most definitely be making a visit because despite owning a sewing machine, my skills are useless! #sewing #Chingford #MyLifeAsMarsha

2. Avoiding the Central Line at all costs.
3. Writing, writing and more writing.
4. Doing laundry.
5. Sitting out in the garden.

Emptied the contents of my fridge and came up with this. Something warm, with a bit of fire. #TrinidadFood #TriniCooking #MyLifeAsMarsha

Lots of changes happening this month, the end of a chapter, the start of a new chapter. And for those who are staying, the uncertainty remains, unsure when change will happen.

March. Hello Spring. Canβt wait to spend more time with you: a concert, trips to Nice and Seville, redecorating, outdoor swimming, hot cross buns and so much more. Happy Sunday lovely people. #MyLifeAsMarsha
