Dear Shire of Ashburton. I think you should know Ben Cousins threatened to bury his wife in her car and to bring her children by so she could hear them playing as she suffocated to death. He also told her: 'I am going to kill you. I'm going to take your life and freedom and the things you love the most'. He was convicted on a charge of aggravated stalking and he breached a domestic violence order more than 20 times. I can only surmise that you have no idea of Cousins' history of domestic violence given you've booked him to be the guest speaker at a community awards night. This includes having him present an award to young people - that's a really shit decision given the children of abusers are also victims. Would you like the boys and young men in your community to aspire to be Ben Cousins or would you like them to respect women? I notice the council provides support for local anti-violence campaigns and for organisations working with domestic violence victim-survivors. All of this good work disappears when you platform domestic violence perps. You may not have noticed, but Australia has lost 55 women to violence this year and all but three were killed by men. Male violence against women is increasing but you are sending a message to young men and boys that hurting women is no impediment to glorification. If Cousins take the stage on your big night, you will be telling women that our concerns about male violence are nothing compared to this man's public standing.

In 2024, a drunk 20-year-old woman said she turned up to a party at a college fraternity house called Chi Phi at Cornell University in New York State, USA. Shortly afterwards, two male students living at the Chi Phi frat house drugged the woman with ketamine, then raped her. The men then posted on a Chi Phi message board there was “free pussy” available nearby, whereupon five other men turned up to rape her, and allegedly continued to do so for more than SEVEN HOURS. And despite the rapey “free pussy” message on the chat board, not a single man among the presumably dozens or hundreds of men who received or saw it came to investigate, rescue the woman, or alert authorities to the potential crime. Soon afterwards the woman reported the crime, yet neither university’s police department or the state of New York seriously investigated the incident, or charged the men. Two men were expelled from campus, but the other five were merely required to WRITE ESSAYS explaining their transgression. And all the men involved have now gone on with their lives and careers, even though the woman herself was forced to leave university and has apparently (and understandably) been unable to move on with her life. So now, she’s instigated a civil case against the university and the men involved. If you think the above story is too unbelievable to be real, unfortunately you’d be dead fucking wrong: people.com/cornell-student-a… Just writing those paragraphs above makes us want to vomit, scream for days, or burn the whole fucking world down, witches. Or all three. Yet as always, there is so, so little women can do in the face of such outrageous and unforgivable violence and harm. The world is a dangerous and violent place for women, as we all know. Yet it’s hard even for witches who understand the depravity and lack of accountability involved in this (alleged) crime and its aftermath. The one thing we CAN do is ensure exposure of these men spreads as far and wide as possible. That’s why we want all witches to read the names in the pic of the men accused of these crimes, and for those who can do so to contact their employers and other organisations and demand they face serious scrutiny and potential redress. Yes, we know this event took place in the USA so isn’t really within the remit of most witches who are Australian. However, we do have international witches following our accounts, plus we believe it sends an even stronger message to those who seem to have helped these men get away with gang rape to know the outrage and demands for justice are coming from the entire planet, not just from people inside the US. Below are some of the social media messaging details and email addresses of some of those involved. Please get in touch with some of them if you can. And note the details here are as yet unconfirmed: we do believe they’re correct as they’ve been posted multiple times by different people working independently, but are not 100% verified. However, these are the details we currently have: - Matthew Ingalls: works for the DataAnnotation corporation, and Matthew’s Dad is also a professor at the American University of Dubai (Matthew also apparently goes by the name Umar Ingalls). (Email [email protected]; Twitter @Data_Annotation; @AUDubai). - Winston Lee: is now a soldier in the Republic of South Korea Army (Twitter @ROK_Army). - Gillio Lopes: now works for the Vdrio corporation (co-founder Gillio Lopez, [email protected]; company CEO [email protected]). - Diego Sarabia: now works for the Wells Fargo corporation (Twitter @WellsFargo). - Scott Norris: now works for the Glenfarne Group corporation (website glenfarnegroup.com) - Scott Kretzschmar: still attends Cornell University (Twitter @cornell). - Johnathan Newell: also thought to be still a student at Cornell. 1/2

Right now, under Trump, that seems to be Canada, South Korea and Greenland - not to mention non-white-bread Americans?

America was built on having an adversary. From Revolution through to now, there has always been a part of the character that has to be worried about who is coming over the hill, and be prepared for it.

This is such a sad state of affairs. For those interested in facts this is what Victorian legislation requires for a post 24 week abortion.

In the 2000’s, I would watch Sunrise when I would get ready for school in the mornings. I used to watch Kevin Rudd & Joe Hockey debate each other. It really got me into politics. They were a great duo. It’s such a shame to see these debates aren’t between two politicians anymore. It’s against the morning host and a Labor politician. Jane Hume doesn’t have to say anything, she can sit there while Nat Barr interrupts, screws her face up and misleads the audience. All because she is a biased Liberal simp. This isn’t enjoyable for anyone, it’s painful and irritating to watch.
She’s is deliberately confusing, the already confused, ch7 viewers. He couldn’t have made the explanation any clearer. Jane Hume not saying a word, for once. Sitting there looking like she’s had too much Botox. 🫪

In 2020, Scott Morrison handed the Special investigators report regarding BRS and others to the AFP which in turn went to the OSI. I find it comical that the nutters are blaming Albo for their own goal for BRS being charged.

I just ordered a free sticker to help push back on Pauline Hanson’s Trump-style politics of division. Stickers are heading into communities across the country to make the message visible. Grab one and help spread the word. getup.to/7Vr99TwColNTn

ICE officers stopped by our farm yesterday. “We need to inspect your property for illegal aliens,” one of them said. I replied, “Alright, but whatever you do, don’t go into that field over there.” The officer in charge exploded. “Mister, I have the authority of the federal government behind me!” he barked, reaching into his back pocket. He yanked out a badge and shoved it in my face. “See this fucking badge? This badge means I can go wherever I want on ANY land. No questions asked, no answers given. Am I clear? Do you understand?” I nodded politely and said, “Be my guest.” Then I went back to my chores. About ten minutes later, I heard screaming. I looked up and saw six ICE agents running for their lives, being chased by my big, mean, old bull. And with every step, that bull was closing in fast. It looked like they were about to get gored for sure. So I dropped my tools, ran over to the fence, and shouted at the top of my lungs: “YOUR BADGE! SHOW HIM YOUR FUCKING BADGE!”

I run a political forum on Reddit, where MPs, Senators and journalists field questions from the public and answer in real time. The only Senator in the federal parliament who has refused point blank to take part is Pauline Hanson, though I doubt she is capable of successfully stringing words together into a coherent sentence.

I manage a coffee shop. Yesterday, a guy came in for an interview. He was homeless. I could smell it before I saw him. His shirt was stained, his hair was matted, but he had shaved his face clean. He handed me a resume that was wet at the corners. "I'm a hard worker," he said. "I just need a chance. I can wash dishes. I can take out trash. I'll stay in the back." Customers were staring. My boss (the owner) walked out. He looked at the guy. "We don't have a dishwasher position," my boss said. The guy's shoulders slumped. He nodded and turned to leave. "We have a Front of House Manager position," my boss continued. The guy stopped. "Sir, look at me. I can't be in the front." "Not in that shirt, you can't," my boss said. "Go next door to the department store. Buy a shirt, a tie, and some slacks. Put it on my tab. Then come back here and start training. You have kind eyes. I can teach you to make coffee. I can't teach kindness." That was six months ago. That "homeless guy" is now our best employee. He knows every regular's name. He’s not homeless anymore. Sometimes people don’t need a handout. They need a uniform and a belief that they belong in it. Anonymous
