The #1 goal in youth basketball:
Create an environment where kids love the game so much that they can’t wait to come back next year.
Teach them. Challenge them. Build their confidence. Make it fun.
If they fall in love with the game, they’ll keep coming back. And if they keep coming back, they’ll keep getting better.
That’s what youth basketball should be about. 🏀
Good luck to the @mnwild this season!

The perfect ending for Justin Verlander.
His daughter runs out to the mound and he walks off with his family.
Feels like a movie.
The day you’ll never forget - the shock, horror, loss of lives, the heroes. #9/11 #neverforget
Congrats on a great run Joe!
Congrats to Joe Hyser on a legendary coaching run at Mpls South, as he recently stepped down after 29 years leading the program.
Leading a squad constantly affected by transfers leaving, he coached them to state in '24 and '26.

Thanks for making the hockey world a brighter place Barry
Barry was my best friend at ESPN. A big brother figure of rock solid values. I am shook to my core. Barry gave his life to hockey and some of his ESPN family, like me, learned of his shocking death today while at a hockey rink in Las Vegas preparing for the upcoming season. Chilling and fitting--the rink was Barry's home. A more beloved ESPN institution there has not been. We love you, Barry. Forever.
Let’s go Gophers, time to get the season started. Good luck @GopherFootball !

I don’t think it’s possible to overstate her combination of talent and charisma. Add to it the fact that she might be one of the kindest, most generous Americans in history, the loss is almost too big to bear.
Very happy for @NotahBegay3 , great story
"I never thought that I could actually become a Payne Stewart Award recipient [because] people like me don't win awards like this. I come from a community where Native Americans have the shortest lifespan in America."

Very good story on the life and background of the super talented @Grady
Behind the remarkable rise of Michael Grady: From Warren Central shooting guard to the Taco Bell drive-thru to Pacers PA ... to national sports stardom on Prime, NBC Sports and ESPN.
You know Grady. But you have no idea how fascinating his story is.
