This time, it's been 5 days with no home visit despite my Ola Care+ plan. Called for RSA today, and you're charging for the first one? This is misleading and unacceptable—it's NOWHERE mentioned in your policy, T&Cs, website, or app! Why pay for Ola Care+ if basics aren't covered? #OlaFail #NeverBuyOla
