In Flanders Fields
In Flanders fields, the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie,
In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

"Who is bankrolling Nigel Farage's party?" asks Bridget Phillipson. "Labour will protect our democracy from foreign influence."
Right. Same question back.
Who is bankrolling Labour, and the machine around it?
Gary Lubner. South African. Former Autoglass chief. Millions.
Lord Alli. Buys the clothes, lends the flat.
George Soros. Money into Best for Britain and Fair Vote, routed through a London outpost, which is how a foreign fortune gets round a ban on foreign donations.
Pierre Omidyar. French-Iranian, eBay founder, funding the campaign groups.
Bill Gates. In for the photo call.
Swedish philanthropists. Bloomberg.
And Verbatim, which made the Channel 4 sting she is riding, is itself funded from abroad. So the watchdog on foreign money is on foreign money.
And those are off the top of my head. No research. Give me an afternoon and the list fills a page.
So the party promising to protect democracy from foreign influence is up to its neck in it, legally, through the same door, and has proposed no cap that would inconvenience a single person in the room. They held a drinks party for them in Downing Street.
The question is not who is bankrolling Farage. It is why Labour thinks the answer changes depending on whose name is on the cheque.
"Protect our democracy from foreign influence." They would not know where to start.
Who is bankrolling Nigel Farage's party?
What interests are they seeking to advance?
Are they acting in Britain's best interests?
Reform UK are engulfed in sleaze and scandal. Labour will protect our democracy from foreign influence.

What an absolute worm.
John Healey has allocated £150m of taxpayers’ money in the Budget towards more large asylum sites!
He neglected any and all mention of this in his speech! It’s only in the document!
Labour finds money for migrants while all our other costs rise and our country crumbles.
Will we be forced to fund migrants against our will in perpetuity?

🇬🇧🌹 THE 457 – AFGHANISTAN. FOREVER REMEMBERED. ♥️
457 British service personnel who lost their lives in Afghanistan.
Not just names on a memorial. They were our mates, our brothers and sisters in arms.
They had families, dreams and plans for a future they never got to live.
For those of us who served in Afghanistan, remembrance isn't just about history. It's personal.
We remember their faces, their laughter, their courage and the empty spaces they left behind.
457 lives. 457 sacrifices. Not one forgotten.
🌹 Stand easy, lads and lasses. We'll see you at the reorg.
🇬🇧 WE WILL REMEMBER THEM. 🇬🇧 – at Towyn, Wales

Why are Labour set to hand Billions to benefit claimants in this budget?
Because 203 Labour MP's stand in constituencies where PIP recipients outnumber their majorities.
We will never see benefit reforms under a Labour government they would sooner bankrupt the country.

Andy Burnham today, meeting Muslim mafia leaders at Downing Street:
“I look to be a Prime Minister that is alongside the community, visibly so, very much sending that message particularly to younger Muslims across Britain, that this is their country, this country is behind them.”
Yep, Andy. Perhaps you could also ask why most choose to worship foreign flags then.
Have you noticed that there’s something different to get angry about every single day? The government says to stockpile. Get ready for war. Find the cheapest petrol. Get a penny off your £200 trip to the amusement park. And on it goes forever. It’s deliberate. To distract you from the fact that this government is shit. Really shit. Destroying the country whilst enriching themselves. Rather like the last lot. So don’t bother arguing about whatever their latest thing is. Go out, get drunk and enjoy life. While civilisation collapses around us. Cheers 🍻
