Private messages often become the dark underbelly of communities.
The things you ban in your community (spam, solicitation, sexual approaches) are often happening in the one place you can't look.

After 4 years of running a (11,000 member) public Slack community for @TryGhost — today we’ve decided to shut the whole thing down for good.
