Yes. The hemp channel is just dirty and synthetic weed undercutting state-legal cannabis. Nobody is buying CBD products, despite the smoke shops sporting bright neon green CBD signs. It’s why they are being raided for illegal marijuana sales.

🚨DEA, ICE, and Stanley County Sheriff’s Office raid North Carolina vape stores in countywide investigation ⚠️personnel from the SCSO and federal agencies entered both stores simultaneously before seizing legal hemp-derived THC flower, pre-rolls, vapes and concentrates, along with cash from registers and safes A law enforcement operation targeting vape, tobacco and hemp retailers unfolded Tuesday across Stanly County, with authorities searching businesses as part of what the Stanly County Sheriff’s Office called an “ongoing and complex” investigation. The SCSO said it was leading a countywide multi-agency investigation involving local, state and federal partners. “Both of our locations were simultaneously entered by DEA, Stanly County Sheriff’s Office, ICE agents and every sort of alphabet soup that you could imagine,” Linen said. $MSOS #SmokeShopGate
