Some hospitals literally hire PGs to keep their hospitals functional. No academics, no learning no nothing just stupid OPDs and inhumae OTs. And in all this if you fail to enter cases in elogbook, get ready to pay thousands to CPSP not to mention the idiotic forms and signatures

The fact that this needs to be told, but people are readily buying the “Baal” story, should tell you the kind of dumb fucks we waste our time, trying arguing with

Doctors, Nurses, fire fighters, 1122 guys are all very underpaid and overworked under constraints of a system that needs an overhaul. Blaming them is futile. The administration needs to be reformed and made accountable, with inquiry findings publicised.

Every year hundreds of thousands of competent doctors pass out from prestigious medical universities. Most of them either leave the country, are unpaid for months or are sitting in their homes jobless.
While the inflow of patients each day for a single specialist is 100 plus in government hospitals. While HOs and MOs are working 30 30 hours which reduces their immune system and could result in a compromised outcome.
Instead of increasing vacancies for more doctors to distribute the burden, the priorities of the government has always been wasting money on firewalls, buying jets, spending on infrastructures, inducting luxury cars for ministers & what not!
Healthcare has become a least bothered sector!!! Or i can say has always been! Government hospitals are literally run on their own!!! What a shame!!!!
#Politicians should not be allowed to go aboard for health issues period . If they can’t get medical treatment in pakistan they should resign and go home or pay for it themselves . #pakistan this superiority has to stop ! Also shows ur health system is not good enough .

Healthcare Providers are trained to manage Medical Emergencies, they aren’t firefighters nor have the equipment to deal with such incidents.
And do you actually believe Drs were carrying lock keys in their pockets ?
It is simply an Administrative Failure and a National Tragedy.

ppl really need to see inside of a nicu. this is what a nursery/NICU baby looks like. You cannot just yoink a baby and run. It has over 6 machines attached at a time, can be intubated and on life saving machines. The machinery is mostly not portable.

I began my training at PIMS, then moved to Ireland, and later to England for higher specialty training. I now work in the United Kingdom as a consultant with over a decade of experience. Having worked across three healthcare systems—from Pakistan to Ireland to the UK—I’ve seen how they function under very different priorities and resources.
To my fellow Pakistanis: before criticising individuals in hospitals, ask what percentage of our national budget is allocated to healthcare. Is health truly a priority? The answer often explains much of what we see.
Mismanagement, corruption, nepotism, and a disregard for merit are embedded across institutions, including healthcare. Failures and disasters are rarely isolated; they are symptoms of a broader systemic decline.

The truth is, it has nothing to do with laziness.
• Your brain is just doing a simple calculation between energy cost and chemical reward.
• Reading and memorizing is hard work. Your prefrontal cortex burns a massive amount of glucose and builds up adenosine, which is the chemical that makes you tired. Your brain sees studying as high effort with no immediate reward, so it tries to put you to sleep to conserve energy.
• Watching a movie or hanging out with friends takes almost zero active brain power. More importantly, those things flood your brain with dopamine. Dopamine is not just a reward chemical....It is a powerful stimulant that actively keeps you awake and overrides your natural sleep drive.
• There is also the light factor. Staring at a bright screen blasts your retinas with blue light which directly stops your body from making melatonin. A plain textbook under a desk lamp does not do that.
• But since we know exactly how this mechanism works, we can actually trick the brain. This is exactly what I did and still do during my own studies.
• Try studying on a bright tablet or under strong white light to keep your melatonin suppressed. You also need to attach a high dopamine reward or strong motivation to your study sessions to force your brain to stay alert.

That is one of major reason why most docs avoid working in govt set up!
Unruly dehati pro max MFs all around who would not be bothered if there is no infra in form of sanitation, road, electricity, good hospital and schools for decades in their region and would not question their local corporator, MLA, MP or bureaucrats. Infact, most would be pissing in pants while talking to them with folded hands, but would assault with impunity on a doctor who is helpless and powerless and would have done whatever he could in prevailing conditions and third-class facilities of govt hospital!
Gradually, most smaller and affordable hospitals and clinics are closing due to such instances and frightening expensive regulations, and these MFs will have no money to go to big private set up where they will be beaten black and blue if they raise hands over staff or break a property!
Karma!
Doctor brutally assaulted after 8 month pregnant woman dies in Malkangiri due to alleged snake bite
An 8-month-pregnant woman, Bandana, was rushed to a hospital in Malkangiri late Tuesday night after her family spotted a snake inside their house and feared she had been bitten.
According to her relatives, they informed doctors about the suspected snakebite. After evaluation and treatment, Bandana was discharged with the consent of her attendants.
The next morning, her condition reportedly deteriorated rapidly. Her family rushed her back to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead.
.
Grief soon turned into anger.
The situation escalated, and the treating doctor was reportedly brutally assaulted by attendants
Is this justifiable?
Where is Protection???
