Michael Blackson penned a message and reflected on his own bullying experience while speaking on the death of fellow Ghanaian Javits Frimpong. The comedian also expressed plans to make appearances at high schools to talk to foreign kids and help them deal with bullying. “May God help us all to help deal with this. Amen.” Our thoughts are with Javits’ family 🙏🏽 ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS 📷:(@gettyimages)

There's an ongoing survey for the Abia state sea port. The ongoing surveys managed by China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) are specifically figuring out how to continuously widen the channel to a standard 200 meters and deepen the shallow 5.5-meter sections to a steady 9 to 11 meters so commercial vessels can cruise all the way from the ocean into Abia State without running aground. I hope it works, though they will need to dredge it every now and then.

If all of a sudden your outside tap is rushing at night, don’t just jump up, and go lock it. I do this a lot, but I have learnt something today. Watch, learn and share.

A woman has been arrested after pouring hot water on her own son. The most annoying part? She reportedly stopped her neighbours from administering first aid to the boy, threatening that anyone who dared to do so would have her to contend with. They were rubbing salt on his peeling skin. SALT!! 😭💔 Did they want to kill this boy? Even when the police arrived, she claimed the boy wasn't at home, meanwhile, she had hidden him inside. Some people don't deserve to take care of children. If she could do this to her own child, imagine how she would treat another person's child. 💔 She must face the full weight of the law to serve as a deterrent to other women out there. This is wickedness of the highest order.

If Nigeria had at least 10% of the global PR that some of these countries have, no one would visit these places for a holiday. Unfortunately for Nigeria, its citizens are the biggest demarketers. 🤦 Road to Zanzibar be like the road to Ode Omi before the coastal road is constructed. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

This was how the road looked like in 2022
Thought all I needed was a hug until I took myself for a drive! Omo, Karshi–Apo Road is a different kind of therapy.

I stopped my son from going to school today because he's on malaria medication and has been feeling weak, so I only sent his siblings to school. When my daughter returned, she ran straight to her brother and started bringing books out of her schoolbag. I asked, "Whose books are these?" She said they were her brother's homework. Apparently, she had gone to meet his teacher to collect it for him. Her brother immediately started shouting, "Who sent you? Who sent you? You will not let me rest!" These two have been bickering, and I'm just here laughing. Imagine being sick and your younger sister still bringing homework home for you. No rest, even on sick leave! Oversabi sister! 😂😂

I am not a lawyer but real estate will make you read and know somethings. The death of the husband does not automatically make his solely-owned house his wife's property in Nigeria. The Nigerian law says when a man dies intestate (without a will) and leaves behind a wife, children, AND living parents, there is no automatic Transfer of property ownership to his wife. If the house is in his name alone, it never transfers automatically. It forms part of his legal estate. No one can sell, lease, or change the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) without going through the State High Court Probate Registry. Parents & Family Have Rights in that ownership. Under statutory intestacy (like the Administration of Estates Law) or customary laws, living parents and children are legal beneficiaries. The Probate Registry legally requires family consent before issuing Letters of Administration. @egi_nupe @RidwanuLlah help me put ham well😂 I am just a property and infrastructure developer. @OloriOfOloriss please pick one or two. Emotion cannot do it.

If Toluwani’s father’s side were wealthy, no one would question their decision. This family has never spoken about property. All they’ve asked for is for Toluwani to be buried in his own house. How is that a problem? A family that is after property would never agree to have him buried on his own property.
