JUST IN: More than 900 suspected noncitizens have been found on a California county’s voter rolls, according to the DOJ.
Santa Clara County told the DOJ it won’t disclose voter information related to the federal investigation.
County officials stated on Oct. 26 that the DOJ’s request for voter information was “unreasonable and not administratively feasible” with less than two weeks until Election Day and would put the “County Registrar of Voters in violation of federal and state laws.”
The DOJ letter in question, dated Oct. 23, was sent to Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters Matt Moreles. It asked the county to send voter registration information for 902 people on the voter rolls who are suspected noncitizens, and to reply within 48 hours with its commitment to working with federal officials on the investigation.
The federal agency also asked the county to separate and not count any ballots received from those 902 people until their citizenship can be verified.
“The Department is not asking Santa Clara County to adjudicate immigration status; it is asking it to temporarily set aside ballots from individuals whose eligibility is credibly in question—a standard election-administration practice implemented nationwide,” the DOJ wrote.
The federal agency added that noncitizens voting in federal elections is a crime, suggesting potential legal action against the county for ignoring or facilitating election violations.

Ram Chhetri came to the US as a refugee, but this might be worst day of his life: It's the moment he realizes the $80k-$160k/year salary he's bilked from Medicaid for no-show work is coming to an end because @realdailywire caught the truth on camera.
We conducted months of surveillance that shows why "home care aide" is now the *most common job* in states like NY, CA, MN, and PA: Because a large part of those jobs are unambiguous Medicaid fraud.
Thanks to home care, Bhutanese refugees now make more money than actual PA families. The state doesn't just look the other way, but helps them get away with it. Converting federal health dollars into a universal basic income for certain communities relieves the financial burden they place on the state.
The scammers easily deceive the feds' woefully broken monitoring system. You'll see Ram pull into a driveway for 2 minutes in the morning, then 2 minutes in the evening. He clocks in and out of his shift from the right place, and the GPS system doesn't notice that he goes home in between.
$20 an hour doesn't sound like much, but at 77 hours a week, it's $80k–and it's easy to bill huge hours when you don't actually have to work them. And that's just for the low-level guys in this scheme.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish
but have everlasting life.

NEW: Yesterday, @CalMatters published a sympathetic profile on a “Fresno father” who was “suddenly” deported by ICE to MX. He told the outlet he’s not a criminal & doesn’t know why he was targeted.
However, I’m told by federal sources that he has been deported from the U.S. five times before, he has an active deportation order, he has pending felony aggravated assault charges from November 2025, he has decades old convictions for DUI w/ bodily injury & negligent discharge of a firearm that resulted in prison sentences, and he admitted in a consensual interview w/ ICE that he’s been a member of the Fresno Bulldogs street gang.
I’m told his real name is LUIS ALBERTO ARREGUIN-VILLA, and he was previously deported from the US in 1994, 1996, 1998, 2003, and 2005, and that he admitted in an interview that he last crossed illegally into the U.S. in 2005 near San Ysidro, CA.
Under federal law, illegal re-entry after deportation is a felony via 8 USC 1326. He has illegally re-entered at least five times.
None of this context appears in the Cal Matters report.

This is going to go over like a turd in a punch bowl.
Cars & trucks are absolutely essential to living in California, largely because public transportation sucks.
California already has the highest gas tax in the nation.
This will end the state. If you vote for Becerra, you’ll get exactly what you deserve,
Vote @SteveHiltonx.

Congress has a problem.
Members have been sleeping with staff, living with staff, and treating Capitol Hill like a personal dating app on the taxpayers’ dime.
We are done watching it happen.
We introduced two resolutions to ban Members of Congress from having sexual relationships with House employees or living with House staff.
Act like a public servant or resign.

Road maintenance.
Interesting.
CA makes about $9B annually with the nation’s highest gas tax. That money is for road maintenance.
But somehow we have the worst roads. Potholes on the streets, and more dangerously, on the freeways; roads that haven’t been repaved for decades; raised ridges in the road from old and uneven asphalt; etc.
Obviously this $9B is not being spent on road maintenance. It is being stolen.
Additionally, you have the CA state campaign to get everyone in an EV car, without considering the reduction in people paying the gas tax. Their solution: this mileage tax. Just for the EVs? Oh no, for everyone. For the gas tax payers and also the EV drivers.
All because they need that money that does NOT go to road maintenance, to stay at $9B annually.
Thieves.

WATCH 🚨: Xavier Becerra says he is not ruling out a mileage gas tax for all Californians on top of the already existing taxes on drivers, says he will also be looking into coming after electric vehicle drivers, and has no plans to cut existing gas taxes.
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God
is with you wherever you go.

NEW: The Registrar in Shasta County, CA disputes LA County's Claim that it can not temporarily segregate mail-in ballots to determine citizenship.
Clinton Curtis, the Shasta County Registar, also a licensed attorney in New York, writes under penalty of perjury:
"Electronic information management systems that are used for voting in California can flag the ballots of likely noncitizens identified by the United States, and the sorting machines can segregate those electronically flagged ballots while determining citizenship under state and federal law. Manual procedures also exist to segregate ballots cast by individuals believed to be noncitizens."

California asks federal court to let non-citizens cancel your votes.
Stunning admission by California during yesterday’s Ninth Circuit hearing.
California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.
Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct?
California: That’s absolutely correct.
