The thing long forgotten about What's App is that it only became an issue after it was discovered the UK Govt had been using it to hide the illegal PPE VIP Lane. The Welsh and Scottish Govt's used it as intended, for informal discussions. The Tories tainted its use. Legitimate use, and the equally legitimate housekeeping, is now being portrayed as an attempt to hide something.
