Hunter and prey-such is our human world when chaos takes the upper hand. This evacuation of Ukrainian civilians took place last week, and it was a success. This is the Donetsk region, frontline Druzhkivka... You can see the atmosphere there for yourselves by watching how evacuations take place in our towns and surrounding areas. Due to the constant threat and the hunt by russian drones, people have to make their way to the assembly point under the constant shouts and watchful eye of the military, amidst the whistling of bullets and the hum of drones in the sky.
On this day, a group of civilians was successfully evacuated, including children aged 7 to 18. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the crew and the military, the people were promptly put into an evacuation van and brought to safety. This is Ukraine, and the world needs to see and know this: if it weren’t for the russians, we would all be thinking about the upcoming New Year, thinking about gifts for our children and loved ones. We would be thinking about who and where we will celebrate the New Year holidays with, and when we will decorate the Christmas tree. Yes... if only... if only...

russian operatives are destroying @Starlink ground stations in Europe. They destroy property belonging to @elonmusk, but guess who Musk is helping by limiting starlink/starshield for the Ukrainian army? Or did he get blackmailed into limiting it, for not being attacked anymore?

As someone who was inside the process at the Ministry of Defense, I can say with certainty that this is not true.
In February of this year, whitelists were introduced. Stationary terminals could be registered by both military personnel and civilians.
But for any satellite terminal to work while on the move, it had to be added to a special list and connected to the military Starshield system. Otherwise, no satellite communication terminals in Ukraine would work.
In other words, using civilian Starlink for drone missions was technically impossible. All drone missions that required satellite communication could only be carried out using Starshield.
We are very grateful to the United States and SpaceX for access to critically important satellite communications. Ukraine did not violate the terms of use.

@Ralf_Stegner lobte Gerhard Schröder für seinen „Zugang“ zu Putin zu diplomatischen Zwecken. Diesen behaupteten Zugang wollte ich mal in Aktion sehen: Wegen der Situation im von russland besetzten und ausgehungerten Oleshky, war ich dabei einen öffentlichen Brief zu verfassen. Dieser sollte Stegner auffordern den Worten endlich Mal Taten folgen zu lassen. Damit für Oleshky eine tatsächliche Hilfe & Evac organisiert wird.
Am Ende waren es aber
nicht Gerhard Schröder, nicht die Baku-Touristen & Hobby-Diplomaten Stegner, Roland Pofalla, Markus Platzeck, die etwas erwirkten. Nein, angeblich war es Melania Trump.
