Seeing a lot of FUD from our competitors these days. So if you're currently using Braavo or RC early payouts, come switch over to AppCap and I'll waive fees on your first two payouts. Our fees come out to about 0.068%/day - capped at 2%, and we have no setup fees. And yes, we can offer these promotions and low rates because AppCap is a commercial lending program offered through Emigrant Bank.

I love the Claude code limit as it tells me I need to lock the fuck back in onto marketing
If your usage limits look like this often, then you aren't marketing enough

There's huge untapped demand in Apple Watch apps, and these people all have money (since they can afford an Apple Watch)

This App does $4M/month and the paywalls look completely against Apple’s subscription guidelines. I went through the onboarding and immediately saw why it converts. “1 MONTH FREE” is basically the entire screen. The €8.99/month you’re actually signing up for after the trial is some of the smallest text on the page. The family plan is even better: “1 MONTH FREE” in giant letters. €14.99/month buried at the bottom. Apple’s guidelines say the amount that will actually be billed should be the most prominent pricing element. Here it’s literally the opposite. FREE is the product. The real price is the footnote 😭 Every one of these decisions probably converts. That’s exactly the problem. The devs following the rules are the ones losing.

Doing my part to get this post more reach
totally agree, dark patterns should be called out 🙏 btw while we're on it @daaaaanc why does your app have a remote config with an "app review mode" that changes the pre-auth paywalls?

Always a new "personal assistant in imessage" every few months that ppl in tech get all hyped up for. IMO if you are in tech you should have the ability to set up your own openclaw/hermes just by vibecoding and using an old laptop that's always on. Zero privacy concerns, Zero restrictions/limitations on what you can connect, and most importantly prevents lockin into a single software that you likely will switch again from in the future. Grok Bot, Instinct, poke etc were all stuff you could've set up months ago yourself. There's nothing that truly differentiates them at the end of the day. Leave the wrappers for the average consumers to use.
I’m Noah, the founder of Instinct. Instinct is a personal agent that we’ve been building for the past few months. The interface is simple: there are no new interfaces. You can text or call it. It's trained to use a phone and a computer in the same way that humans do. Instinct combines simplicity with extreme capability. I’m thrilled with everything our early users are doing with Instinct. They’ve told us they’ve planned cross-country road trips, bought weekly groceries and concert tickets, and cancelled hundreds of dollars of subscriptions. Someone’s even planning their wedding with Instinct. We want to make Instinct the best personal agent for all of you. It’s available in an invite-only beta program while we’re actively bringing up more compute. I’m excited to see what you all do with it. instinct.co

Older era VC backed companies like Stan couldn’t afford 6 figures for a domain even when making tens of millions a year. Meanwhile some new seed startup comes in and immediately drops 6 figures on a domain, with no revenue, only to pivot 20 times and waste the domain name anyway.
We just bought the domain Stan.Com for $750,000 😳 When I first started Stan, I was so broke that the best domain I could afford was StanWith.Me 🫠 Eventually we got Stan.Store and that was a huge win. Stan.Com tried to charge us hundreds of thousands of dollar. But we were a tiny company barely making $500k. I still remember thinking, "lol I will never pay that for a domain". So there's something really special about this moment. The most special part though is that Alyssa Williams, our first ever business hire, got the deal done. Alyssa's been with us in the trenches since day one, back before we had anything. It's a beautiful full circle moment for all of us. It might sound silly, but I'm realizing buying Stan.Com is a beautiful symbol of grinding for years, and then seeing the fruits of your labor manifest into the real world. So this is your reminder that you can start with a shitty domain like StanWith.Me, no money, and tons of people doubting you. And one day - you can have an incredible team, incredible mission, and a 4 letter .com domain ;) Onwards and upwards Stan team!

I was a huge hater of outbid, but seeing it's success has given me one key lesson. These saas fuckers cannot do marketing at all and they are so desperate for any kind of coverage. Need to milk as much money from these people as possible with "Claude for marketing"
Good morning friends! The madness of outbid.lol doesn't stop: 👀 1,147M visitors 🏆 #1 rank at $14,013 💰 $132k revenue 📦 867 products added 🔗190k+ product link clicks 📋 A new product added ~ every minute Let's see where we can take this 🚀

Negotiate a fixed deal with revenuecat, or threaten to switch to superwall. Or do a partner with revenuecat. There’s a lot of ways to reduce those costs. At bigger scale people even code their own because the costs get unreasonably high.
Replying to @gaberoeloffs
why does rc cost as much as a iphone

Why I stopped buying most saas, as someone who’s not technical. 1. Most of their shit is vibecoded and there’s a million bugs, I’d rather fix my own vibecode mess than trying to work it out with customer support. 2. It’s usually missing full integrations with the rest of my tech stack 3. And then I found out they are charging me $50-$300 a month when my $200 Claude subscription covers it But most importantly, you pay a premium for saas because you want reliability. But because of vibecoding I’ve found that most saas are no longer reliable.
This is the funniest shit I've ever seen. A site where broke indie hackers advertise to other broke indie hackers. Why would you ever sell to indie hackers who literally code for a living. My $200 claude subscription has already replaced $1000+ I would spend on SaaS.

Didn't realize tiktok was actually giving me free ad credits everyday. I'm running a new app and being using install bid protection campaigns to get more signals. It's learning for me for free.

For the UGC killers out there, what’s the secret to warming up Instagram accounts faster. For tiktok I’ve usually been able to get the first few videos to go viral, but for Instagram it’s always taken a few weeks or even months.
