Seeing a lot of FUD from our competitors these days.
So if you're currently using Braavo or RC early payouts, come switch over to AppCap and I'll waive fees on your first two payouts.
Our fees come out to about 0.068%/day - capped at 2%, and we have no setup fees.
And yes, we can offer these promotions and low rates because AppCap is a commercial lending program offered through Emigrant Bank.

This App does $4M/month and the paywalls look completely against Apple’s subscription guidelines.
I went through the onboarding and immediately saw why it converts.
“1 MONTH FREE” is basically the entire screen.
The €8.99/month you’re actually signing up for after the trial is some of the smallest text on the page.
The family plan is even better:
“1 MONTH FREE” in giant letters.
€14.99/month buried at the bottom.
Apple’s guidelines say the amount that will actually be billed should be the most prominent pricing element.
Here it’s literally the opposite.
FREE is the product.
The real price is the footnote 😭
Every one of these decisions probably converts.
That’s exactly the problem.
The devs following the rules are the ones losing.

i'm gonna catch heat for this but I dont understand the obsession everyone has to these weirdly positive circle jerk indie hacker influencers who make more off their courses or "investments" and run 14 different SAAS that make $100k month COMBINED
I guess it feels more within reach for the avg joe but there r people on here that have bootstrapped to multi 8 9 figure ARR
how is some weird european dude the inspo
how do they get the reach and popularity they do

After building a $100k MRR and 1M+ user App Pushscroll (push ups before doomscrolling)
I really don't understand the obsession with building the product once with Ai and then never touching it again and just doing marketing.
Working on the product (if done right) is literally 10x more impactful than pumping out ugc.
You just need to know WHAT to work on and be a little creative with it.

everyone thinks marketing is ads, influencers, seo and ugc
it's not
great marketing is inventing a new problem in your customer's mind then building an exceptional product that solves it
the best brands don't capture a market, they create one:
chatgpt > llm companion
oura > fashionable health tracker
cursor > ai code editor
coinbase > crypto trading
ag1 > daily greens
each one revealed a need people didn't know they had, then became the dominate answer
your job:
1. discover new emerging tech
2. uncover how it can help people
3. convince others of this new need
4. introduce your product as the solution
5. design a brand that becomes the trigger
6. improve the product as more people discover the opportunity
7. capture the mass market
for oasis it's water: user faces a shelf of bottled water > remembers all water is different > opens oasis to find the best one
99% of your marketing should be education
do this right and you build a monopoly
anyone who copies you remains a second rate player in the market you created
create your own market

probably the most underrated TikTok feature
late 2025 they quietly released the "find similar" button in the US
basically it runs a visual search on their whole content database
it was initially meant to retrieve TikTok shop products & push ecom sales
but it allows much more...
think of it as Google Lens for short-form content
you can use it to:
- find stolen content (shoutout to the mf who did 1.6M with one of mine lol)
- retrieve a creator's personal profile
- reverse-engineer a UGC program strategy
- detect if your content is flagged as duplicate
- find content inspo based on a text hook
- & tons more use cases
such an underrated tool

a 23 year old girl in the philippines just changed her entire family's life
6 months ago she was applying for $400/mo jobs
working from an internet cafe
sending applications into the void
hoping someone would notice her
a guy i know found her on onlinejobs .ph
offered her $1,500/mo
she thought it was a scam
asked him three times if he was serious
cried when she realized he was
now she:
- runs his entire operation
- outperforms every american he ever hired
- works like her life depends on it
because it does
last week she sent him a photo
her parents standing outside a house
their house
first one the family ever owned
three bedrooms
a garden out back
bought with money she earned from a laptop
her mom cooked the whole family dinner that night
everyone crying
she told him "i never thought this was possible for people like us"
$1,500/mo did that
thats rent money in new york
thats generational wealth in manila
the global economy is the biggest wealth transfer nobody talks about
there are thousands of people like her right now
hungry
talented
invisible
waiting for someone to find them
while people here complain about salaries and demand equity after 3 months
shes building her familys future one paycheck at a time
she bought her parents a house
someone with 10x her salary bought another subscription they dont use
talent is global now
hunger is the only currency that matters
find the hungry ones
they will change your life
while you change theirs

I made $1K today for the first time on my consumer app. None of my videos blew up.
Yesterday, I only made $299. So how did I 3x my revenue in one day?
I genuinely have no clue. Maybe an old video blew up? Maybe revenuecat just broke? Who knows.
Gonna try out viral.app so all my views from different creators are accounted for and maybe I'll have a better idea next time.

Ppl ask me why I am building an app helping 12-13 year old boys. Isn't LTV shit? Do they even have purchasing power?
But what keeps me motivated to work on it is that every day I wake up to hundreds of DMs on my TikTok. I can see that this is a product they need. And talking with them and helping them out is a true joy.
It's true that our LTV is shit for now, but it's about to change soon.

When I was 15 I made an Apple Watch game, never marketed it.
I started making apps again 2 months ago, saw that my little Apple Watch game was still getting downloads and even has around 50 DAUS.
So I decided to slap a $5 onetime payment on it and it generated $32 in the last month. 15 year old me wouldn’t have thought it was even possible.
I wonder what’s the play here. Should I start marketing it? And if so how would you guys do it.
