Unfortunately, I was laid off from my role as Director of Marketing at @TransCanWork, INC today, effective immediately, due to budget cuts. We were an award winning nonprofit organization, and I’m proud of the work I did to grow our brand identity alongside the work we built as a team to provide for the transgender community. I’m urgently seeking a Director-level Marketing or Communications role (Remote or Atlanta) and available immediately. Any leads or shares are deeply appreciated!

I am unapologetic and unwavering when it comes to our political and social relations in our society. I don’t want to simply hear criticisms about political candidates simply because you don’t like them, I want to hear alternatives and answers… but seldom do ppl who criticize provide both.
I’m tired of the narrative wars. Posturing your opinions in ways that abandon facts and logical thinking. This is the time we should be strategically aligning ourselves with who we believe is going to be the next president and if some of you are hell bent on it not being Kamala Harris for whatever reason yall need to offer a viable alternative.
Quite frankly, I haven’t heard any compelling alternatives. Jon Ossoff has explicitly stated that he does not intend to run for president in 2028 and has repeatedly dismissed speculation about a potential campaign. Neither AOC nor Andy Beshear has confirmed plans to run, and even if they decide to run, the available polling does not support the landslide victories some of y’all seem to be suggesting.
Meanwhile, Kamala Harris continues to poll significantly higher in several key comparisons, particularly within the Democratic primary. I refuse to ignore those numbers simply because some ppl have decided she shouldn’t run again.

Dear Stacey Abrams,
This moment is dedicated to YOU.
Before Keisha Lance Bottoms made history as the first Black woman elected governor in America, you dared to show us that it was possible.
You ran when the road was uncertain. You stood tall when the outcome wasn’t what we’d hoped. And instead of allowing defeat to define your story, you continued the work of making sure our voices were heard.
Your courage, your grace, your commitment to voting rights, and your power to organize helped lay the groundwork for a Georgia that looks different today.
And while we celebrate this historic victory and the wave of change sweeping across the country, we cannot forget the women who helped make moments like this possible.
Stacey, we see you. We thank you. And we give you your flowers.

Voting is such a privilege and I highly take advantage of it because there was a time where my grandparents AND my parents couldn’t vote at all !
