"pacijenti ne smiju snositi posljedice kadrovskih problema" Jedini nacin ne snosenja posljedica kadrovskih problema za pacijente je ili platiti te doktore puno vise, ili im zabraniti odlazak. Znamo li sto bi prosjecan hrvat radije izabrao? Budite iskreni.

Mind you its a data center that - Is covering 100% of its own power consumption - Uses zero water for cooling, just bathroom and kitchen - Offers a 120% water stewardship pledge (Net gain of water in the county) - Provided housing to construction workers to prevent a local temporary rent hike - Investing in the local school system - Was going to pay for the entire County's budget for 7 years And it still wasn't enough. There just is zero way to overcome the negative PR/NIMBY
Did some digging here. Anyone know what Project Roman is in Deaf Smith County? You guessed it: a DATA CENTER.

First they were against data centers as they’re too disruptive to the grid and price increasing. Now they’re against them being off grid because - checks notes - they’re not contributing to the grid. These are modern luddites and I hope history treats them as well as the originals.
I'm a No on data centers making their own power. Off-grid gas turbines are wildly inefficient & polluting, & only serve the off-grid facility rather than strengthening & providing services for the whole grid. Data centers should pay for their grid impacts, not "make their own."

This would really be the best grand finale he could ever do. The final middle finger to the cancerous ideology that’s eating the European continent.
Donald Trump, if you want to be remembered for eternity as a hero of Western civilization, there's one thing left to do: bring down the European Union. Not Europe. The European Union. Europe is Athens, Rome, the cathedrals, the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, the Industrial Revolution. The EU is a rule-making machine that suffocates its own nations, regulates what it can no longer build, and confuses governing with forbidding. Giving Europeans back their sovereignty wouldn't be an attack on the West. It would save it.

Every EU state will have an exit tax in the end and try to squeeze anyone productive to keep its commie hell sustained
JUST IN: ITALY EXIT TAX 🇮🇹 Italy proposes a 26% exit tax on unrealized investment gains for people leaving the country from 2027. It’d apply to those with €800k+ in relevant assets who were tax residents for at least 6 of the last 10 years. I've been warning you: European countries are bankrupt and will try to seize your assets. The exit is closing.

When those that are unable to produce anything are in power, they will try to tax every nook and cranny created by creators. Communism is the scourge of our time, a problem larger than immigration, race, religion, or anything else really. Somehow we must resist.
European hiring rules are genuinely insane. For example - if you own a company in the Netherlands and one of your employees gets sick, you are required to pay at least 70% of their wages for up to 2 years. If they can't go back to work after 2 years and you haven't done enough for their reintegration, you pay their wages for 1 more year. And you can't fire them until after that extra year!

Dnovinari pitaju ljude po Zagrebu koliko bi fritule trebale kostati... Smatram da bi bilo posteno pitati i prodavace koliko fritula bi svaka osoba trebala kupiti. Mozda neki minimum od 10-15 kg? No dnovinari pisu ono sto prolazi kroz kriticke filtere onih koji citaju, a prolazi sve nazalost!

For anyone curious about what it actually looked like to kill a generation of functioning cars, here’s an actual video from 2009 and brief explanation: The dealer first replaces the oil with sodium silicate solution. It’s a clear-ish liquid that crystallizes under extreme heat. As the engine warms up the solution begins to form small abrasive crystals in the oil system that shred the bearing and score the cylinder walls. Within seconds of starting the car you can see smoke billowing from the exhaust, this is the crystals scratching the cylinder walls and leaving small grooves for oil and solution to leak past into the combustion chamber and ignite/evaporate, producing the white smoke. Pretty soon the entire crankcase is full of crystals and freshly shredded metal flakes, the engine seizes. It took about 40 seconds in this video. Some engines reportedly lasted up to 7 minutes, but all were destroyed. That strikes me as sort of sad in a way, like watching a great warrior slowly lose a heroic last stand. Now, this is the part that gets insanely wasteful. These cars were sent to federally approved recycling facilities where they had 180 days to sell the non-engine parts before they were required to prove that they had shred the entire thing into scrap steel. But, in talking to a guy who ran one such facility at the time, he typically just sent them straight to the crusher. The timeframes allotted weren’t long enough to dismantle all of the cars, and even if you could, the marginal prices of the parts was greatly diminished. You cannot sell 1000 transmissions when only 50 went bad that year, they became worthless. So just like that, in order to increase prosperity and save the environment, 677,000 entire running cars and trucks were turned directly into rebar worth a few cents per pound. The entire Obama administration was like a chapter out of atlas shrugged.
Barack Obama was horrible in a million different ways, but he doesn’t get anywhere near the hate he deserves for destroying the used car market for an entire generation. 15-year-old cars with 150,000 miles that should be selling for $3,000 are going for $15,000. It’s abominable. Pure destruction and thievery.

Behold the state forming your minds to serve their agendas
New 30 km/h area speed limit signs will be posted at neighbourhood entry and exit points. Once you enter a signed area, the 30 km/h speed limit applies throughout the local road network until you leave that area. Slower speeds help reduce the risk of serious collisions and make neighbourhood streets safer. Learn more about the change: toronto.ca/LocalSpeed
