My thread on naturally ventilated buildings triggered questions. People want to know how to make it happen. There was repeated mention of window size, but that alone isn't all it takes. Let's look at key factors that affect natural ventilation.

These state and local government ppl call for a meeting, and hours after the set time, the meeting hasn't started because one oga or the other has not shown up.
Rubbish behaviour. The least you can do as a leader is to be on time. Keeping people waiting is counter-productivity.
"If you're a millionaire, what's the point of having all that money if you're never going to spend it?"
If you've ever asked that question, here is the answer.
A millionaire doesn't have most of their money in cash or sitting in the bank. If they did, they wouldn't stay a millionaire for long.

Once upon a time, the concept of Omoluabi in yoruba land revolved around sound parentage, pedigree, education, respect, hardwork and diligence.
All have given way to new deliverables of brigandage, violence, fraudulent and questionable emergence.

If a man has to have his shop open on a Saturday so his family can feed the next day Sunday and his child's school is having a graduation party that same Saturday, sorry he will not be there.
If he is having an important business meeting that Saturday, he will not be there.
If he has to travel without fail that Saturday, he will not be there.
It's that simple.
Your anger and furious tweeting will not change it.
Life is not black and white, no matter how much righteous indignation you summon.
All that will happen is you will increase the bile in your bloodstream/heart from your furious tweeting.

They are telling you to not invest in shares but to eat suya with the money, so as not to repeat your parents' mistakes.
Your parents who spent recklessly are broke and depending on you for survival now, while those who invested in shares are living off those investments now.
"One recent GSMA report published in 2023 listed handset financing as one of the ways to lower the cost of acquisition. Please. That is not a reduction; that is further enslavement."

National Theatre at Iganmu used to be a place to go before it fell apart. In the 80s, I saw a few movies there. Mrs. Mo and I even had some dates there before we tied the knot. It is being renovated now and I love what I see. Source: facebook.com/share/p/sWUM7av…
Many of these new phones being introduced to the Nigerian market this month are not competitive, sadly.
