Dem control already factoring into private detention plans. During @CoreCivic earnings call today, CEO Lucibeth Mayberry was asked if election results will affect future sales of ICE facilities to DHS. "We would urge the ICE administration to to move quickly," she said.

The Vietnam War finally ended in 1973 with a provision in a Continuing Resolution:
It prohibited funds "to finance directly or indirectly combat activities by United States military forces in or over or from off the shores of North Vietnam, South Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia"
