Lakini Kenyan Writers are so talented, kwanza hawa wa literature and short stories. Unasoma kitabu mpaka unashangaa how did this guy/lady come up with such a great storyline. Highschool mlikua mnasoma ndio mpite exams, so wengi hawakudevelop a reading culture vizuri. Sai nimesoma vitabu za Ken Walibora kama zote. Kuna flani nilisoma in 2019 inaitwa "Ndoto ya Almasi", that story captivated me mpaka nikasahau nilikua nachunga ngombe huko Embobut zikapotea. If you know an Kenyan author you can recommend ndio tuone kazi yake and support.

Hope she's OK. At this our age, it's good to check for fibroids, endo, and other blood loss. etc. There is usually a major issue behind a crash like that that is depleting her iron and B12 faster than eating can fix :-(

I didn’t choose to lose my sight. But I did choose what to do with the life that came after. Today is #WorldSightDay, and this year’s theme is β€œLove Your Eyes.” I was born with full sight. Glaucoma slowly changed that, and learning to navigate a world I could no longer fully see came with its own challenges. But it also taught me that sometimes, the real disability is the world around us, when our spaces, systems and services are not designed to include everyone. The Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025 recognises the right to accessibility, reasonable accommodation and assistive support. So, please take care of your eyes. Get them checked. And while you’re at it, let’s also learn to see inclusion differently. #VIP
