Today was my third year in a row pacing the 1:30 group at the Greenville Half Marathon. Amazing day, perfect weather, cheer squads, post race food and beers. So grateful for this amazing community

Ok, this has nothing to do with any of our usual stuff, but I just found out Rolodex still exists, and they still sell new ones. Besides hipsters and people who work in secure facilities that don’t allow outside electronics, I’m not sure why this still exists.

If you’re the praying type, please pray for my Uncle Gary. He’s currently sitting in a Birmingham jail for attempting to storm the SEC headquarters yesterday to “expose the anti-UGA deep state once and for all.” The man is a literal political prisoner.
