@Qantas is it normal practice for you to prioritise bumping a mother and child off a scheduled flight over other single passengers due to overbooking? This is involuntary btw

gone out at that moment to advise people of possible disruption and allow time to plan for not having water. Here are some starter plans from Claude AI to borrow from seeing as you don't invest any resource into this yourselves. 3/3

TW couldn't even update one web page with the info the CEO provided let alone other channels. Still no water in our street after 70 hours. The handling of this needs thorough investigation. When the treatment works at Shalford were turned off at some point comms should have.. 2/3

@thameswater is an absolute disgrace of a company seemingly without a communication or emergency plan for when a problem arises. We shouldn't have to get information from our MP @Jeremy_Hunt who managed to get the ear of the CEO. 1/3

@Carpetright Is it normal to wait 20 days since placing a carpet order for someone to call me back about when it will be fitted?! This is after leaving two messages and chatting to someone on live chat. Quite appalling service compared to my previous experience.

This is an incredibly helpful article by @tcordrey aimed at helping CEOs understand Product. I'd say this will also help a lot of Product people understand CEOs... akfpartners.com/growth-blog/…

Does anyone know the answer to this? Maybe @rivm ?
Netherlands accepts all WHO-approved vaccines but today I took my mum to her vaccination certification appointment at GGD Utrecht and we were refused because Butantan is not an accepted manufacturer of SINOVAC/COROVAC vaccine. Is this correct?@WHO @ggdru @hugodejonge

Right now, people escaping the crisis in Afghanistan are arriving in the UK with little more than the clothes on their backs, and have little or no access to food or other essentials. We are urgently trying to raise £215,000 to fund urgent support: donate.refugee-action.org.uk…
Thread. The UK's street address data is one of our most important, and problematic, public datasets. Now, an opportunity has arisen to do something about it. Read on. (1/10)
