Found this while wandering around last week. Conectiv Communications was a short-lived ISP run, strangely enough, by Delmarva Power. Only a few years after starting, Delmarva sold it's Internet interests to its own employees, which was later bought by Windstream.

ACTUALLY AT&T IS REALLY JUST SOUTHWESTERN BELL CUZ WHEN THE 7 RBOCS SPLIT OFF MA BELL IN 1984 SW BELL BOUGHT 3 OF THEM AND AT&T AND THEN NAMED THEMSELVES AT&T WHILE BELL ATLANTIC AND NYNEX BECAME VERIZON AND US WEST BECAME LUMEN SO WE WENT FROM MONOPOLY TO OLIGOPOLY IN 20 YEARS
