I’ve never told how much @Apple did to help evacuate my grandmother from the hell that was happening in Kharkiv in 2023. They hired security contractors to get people out. The level of coordination on the ground and online was insane—translators, drivers, everything. Grateful.

NEW: Body cam footage shows Boston Police showing up at man’s house after he called 911 wishing someone would wish him a happy birthday. This is the body cam footage we love to see. Officers Israel Bracho and Franklin Ortiz showed up with a muffin and a candle to wish 25-year-old Chris a happy birthday. Chris, who was smiling ear to ear, welcomed them in and the officers sang ‘happy birthday.’ “Once we verified it actually was his birthday we said: ‘Well, everyone has one birthday so everyone deserves to feel special on their day.’” Happy Birthday, Chris!

The DMA went through its first major challenge with Apple banning Epic Games Sweden from competing with the App Store, and the DMA just had its first major victory. Following a swift inquiry by the European Commission, Apple notified the Commission and Epic that it would relent and restore our access to bring back Fortnite and launch Epic Games Store in Europe under the DMA law.
