It appears that women at black-tie events fear no one will look at them at all unless they are near-naked. It occurs at every one of these events now.
I would hope that women would have more confidence in their self-worth than to assume this. Honestly, what has all their “empowerment” been for over the past decade if their resulting presentation devolves into this.
