A man serving life for murder has escaped a Tennessee prison. Now investigators say surveillance video shows him stealing a pickup truck.
Jacob Allen Morley, 28, remains the subject of a manhunt after escaping the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee, on Sunday, October 25.
According to the Tennessee Department of Correction, staff confirmed Morley was missing around 11:30 p.m. Sunday and immediately conducted an emergency count and search. Investigators reviewed security footage and determined he breached the perimeter fence while wearing his prison uniform. Officials have not publicly explained precisely how he got through the fence.
