This is a formal request for Susie Wiles and James Blair to stop harassing me with texts and calls. If there is a factual inaccuracy in what I said, send it to me in writing and I will vigorously correct and apologize for any misstatements. I will note that everything I said is substantiated by other senior officials. If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it. I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.

It was a surreal moment at Brian Cole Jr court hearing on Wednesday. I even had to ask @RobGouveiaEsq if my ears had deceived me. Prosecutors openly stated they expected interference - from both @CIA and @CapitolPolice - in discovery requests by the defense. I mean … we already knew who we were up against in this fight, but that was a shocking admission. I’ve told you for a solid year that the pipe bomb event was a “multi-agency conspiracy.” Can you count how many we’re up to thus far?
Federal prosecutors signal that the CIA and Capitol Police could intervene to quash defense subpoenas seeking critical phone evidence from an alternative January 6 pipe bomb suspect.

“What have I said that’s wrong”? @piersmorgan Kim Jung Un could have listed a similar slew of convictions to demonize Otto Warmbier. “He was a convicted criminal that tried to steal state property!” Half of the “convictions” you listed against Tommy Robinson are North Korea-esque convictions. Contempt for recording the Muslim rape, gang criminals outside of court? Arrested and sentenced to 13 months in prison within five hours? Convicted of “criminal harassment” of journalists for doing exactly to the journalists with the journalist did to him? That is what you hold against Tommy Robinson? You are a booticker tyrant-apologist who benefits from all the greatness and freedoms that America has to offer to apologize for and minimize the most insane acts of UK tyranny. Tommy is one of the few people with the courage to stay in the UK to fight. And you are a bootlicking coward who defends UK tyranny from the freedom of America.
“They put a pump in the anus of a 12 year old girl to expand it so multiple men could rape her and your country covered that up and then told me Tommy was the bad guy.” Tim Pool pushes back on Piers Morgan demonizing Elon Musk’s defense of Tommy Robinson for exposing the UK police’s grooming gang coverup.

Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer. Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war. To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha. The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people. And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final. We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it. Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made. They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making. One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.

🚨🇵🇱COUP UNDERWAY IN POLAND! PM Donald Tusk has just sent police to storm Constitutional Tribunal building in Warsaw in the middle of the night. Tusk waited until President Karol Nawrocki left the country before ordering the police takeover. Nawrocki was halfway to Senegal when he abruptly turned his plane around and rushed back to Poland to confront the unfolding crisis. The EU, which backs Donald Tusk, has STILL NOT issued a statement on this unprecedented crisis or condemned the attempted coup.

Chris Finch on the leagues efforts to slow down the amount of flopping “Well, here’s what my take on it… I was all for the league cleaning up flopping, you know, when I heard they were going to do it… unfortunately I think the league has their own definition of what a flop is, which is needed but confusing when like you see a flop, everyone kind of knows what it is. It doesn’t really need to be overly explained. I think where they got it wrong is all these flops are coming on the defense and that’s not what the people want out of the game. They want the flops on the offensive players out of the game. You know, the league was very intentional about saying the fans didn’t want to see flopping but that’s not the flopping, they don’t care if a defender spills down and shouts. What they care is that the offensive players are baiting the game and falling down and getting unnecessary free throws. That’s what they care about because that’s not really in the spirit of what anyone wants to tune in and watch”

Aaron Rodgers sat at that podium in Paris and said out loud what the corporate league office spends millions trying to sanitize. The NFL talks endlessly about “player safety” and “expanding the global game.” But behind closed doors, owners scrapped player-friendly bye weeks, forced a brutal 17th regular-season game, and shipped franchises across oceans simply because there was another dollar to squeeze out of foreign TV markets. While families and players navigate locked-down streets, civil tension, and grueling travel schedules, ownership sits in five-star suites counting international expansion checks. Rodgers doesn't care about league fines anymore. He’s telling you the truth: in the modern NFL, the brand and the balance sheet come first. The humans on the field come second.

Now that @RepThomasMassie has named the two @CapitolPolice plainclothes counter-surveillance officers who "found" the DNC pipe b0mb, it's time to remind you that they never "looked" for the device. They went straight to it, with complete foreknowledge of its location ... then stopped looking for more. The full video is attached. Also... USCP Special Agents Don Hankins and Ronald Ridgley, who both work for the intelligence division of the Capitol Police, have never been subjected to "under oath" transcribed interviews because of the obstructionism of @SpeakerJohnson, @JudiciaryGOP, and USCP general counsel Thomas 'Tad' DiBiase. At a candidate forum this morning, @JessicaReinmann was caught sending the questions and my answers to Cait’s team. Putting aside the fact that Cait needs advance notice of the questions and how to answer them, despite the host saying neither candidate had them in advance, my question for @CaitforNewYork is do you agree with Jessica on her preference of MAGA over DSA? I’m sure everyone at the synagogue holding this morning’s forum wants to know. @TimmyFacciola_
